This was my first visit. The lady at reception desk was new so it took awhile. Everyone was very apologetic about it, but everyone is new and learning their job at sometime. Have to give them the courtesy they deserve. The hygienist and Doctor were great. Took the time to explain everything. Would recommend to anyone!

Going to the dentist has always caused me anxiety. This was my first time with Dental Design. They all were fantastic! So thorough and explained everything so its easily understood. Lynn the hygienist was awesome and so sweet. They don't make you feel bad if you don't have a spectacular mouth! I don't know why it took me so long to go see them.

This place is the worst experience I've had in the dentist industry!!! I was rescheduled and last minute cancelled for delivery of a bridge. After the second cancellation I informed Dental Design I would be seeking treatment elsewhere. I was told I would be receiving a refund for my out of pocket exspenses in 2-3 weeks. They cashed the check from my insurance company for the full amount for procedure after I told them I would no longer be doing business with them. Do not trust this business as this all began in July and it's the end of October and I still have not received a refund. I have been patient and given them many attempts to resolve this issue. The BBB reached out to them for resolution and they did not reply also have the Attorney General of IN looking into this and have no doubt this will end up in litigation to hold them accountable for their unprofessional actions.

Great place been here around a year didn't have to much of a problem. Other than staff taking a long time to call you back after you call them or waiting in the lobby for almost an hour than waiting another half hour I thought was a problem. But then scheduling me for work that wasn't nessessary, yeah get a second opinion. They also forget which teeth to fill so that's a clue it might be a scam. They schedule an appointment but when they send a text telling you to respond by a certain time if you don't they cancel your appointment and put someone else in your place than send you a text to show up to that appointment they just cancel. When you get there they refuse to work with you and take you back. So unprofessional and customer don't come first. One thing is when they screw up they don't take accountability they blame the customer. I don't recommend this place had way to many problems. Get a second opinion it pays to do so.

I found Dental Designs looking for a practice that would work with my insurance. This office is friendly, organized and accommodating beyond belief. Dr. Saijad and the staff work as a real team and have provided complete care to my teeth and gums, using skilled professionals and the latest technology.

My visit was an enjoyable one. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and was taken back immediately. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to family and friends.

Been going here about 2 years now. Every single appointment I've had did not begin on time. They are always at least 15 mins late, on one occasion I waited almost an hour past my appointment time before I was taken back. I do not feel that they are honest with their services and their pricing. I was paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket and then getting bills months later for additional charges. When I brought this up I found out that the things they were doing in my appointments were not actually covered by insurance because they were going beyond the preventative care that my insurance covered. This was not made clear to me and they took advantage of me by making me think I had no options, performing services that I didn't understand and charging me exorbitant amounts of money. I was never given an option of only getting the services that would be covered by my insurance.
