As a new patient, I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment, as I knew there would be forms to fill out. I completed those in about 5 minutes on an iPad. I continued to wait until my 8 am appointment time. Someone came in and was told his appointment was actually next week but they could see him today. They call him to get his cleaning done at 8 am (my appt time). I continue to wait for 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Finally I get up and ask if I'm going to be seen. The receptionist tells me they are waiting on a room. I decided to leave, as I felt disrespected and unvalued. If you value your time, don't go here, as they don't respect their customers' time. I came home and talked to my wife about it and she told me they did the same thing to her the previous week, she had to wait an hour to be seen. I will not be back and encourage others not to go in.

I highly recommend Dental design of Arcadia 100%. Since day one they have been so welcoming and making me feel at home whenever I step in. They are the best in town. Love this place. Great super nice team. Thank you guys.

Be incredibly wary and do not be afraid to get a second opinion. Dr. Maro lied to me about having 5 cavities, none of which showed on the X-Ray, so that I would have to get another Nightguard from him. I got a second opinion and was told that I have 0 cavities. I genuinely feel conned and cheated. Do not blindly trust this man. I would give 0 zero stars if I could.

Amazing staff and Dentists. The staff work well together and I felt like I was part if a family the second I walked in the door. My appointments were scheduled with convenient times and quickly. I would highly recommend this office for any oral care needs.

I love this place, they always make me feel welcomed each time. Kimber is amazing and always remembers who you are, its very comforting. I have had others clean my teeth as well and no matter who you get they are all so sweet and so efficient! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great staff, service and location! Kimber has been great at helping me keep my sensitive gums in check and my pearly whites pearly. Dr Maro has helped fix or replace some of my old and failing dental work, keeping me cavity and pain free. Highly recommend!

I appreciate the helpfulness and response time of the front office. On several occasions I have had questions about billing or needed additional substantiation for flexible spending. The front office has been efficient and friendly during the process. They also remember my name which is nice. Dr Maro identified my need for a bite guard and helped me get what I needed. It helped my jaw and teeth a great deal. The hygienists I have seen have been nice and considerate. They do a thorough job of cleaning and make notes in the computer to ask me about next time. It's a step to make things seem more personal.
