Trips to the dentist were always enjoyable for Dr. Hooper. When it came time to pursue a career, it was an easy choice. Making a visit to the dentist enjoyable and comfortable has always been something she has strived to create for her patients as a provider. Taking the time to thoroughly explain treatments, options, and what everything means to her patients is important so they can make an informed decision about their oral health. So much of health care seems to be a mystery to patients, and Dr. Powell wants to answer every question. Helping people feel better so they can live a life with less pain is such a rewarding part of her career. Oral problems really do impact every aspect of life. Seeing people smile with confidence makes her day every time.
Dr. Hooper earned her degree from Baylor College of Dentistry, now known as Texas A&M College of Dentistry. When shes not in a white coat, she can be found traveling and trying new restaurants. She loves hosting family and friends as she tries new recipes. Shes a Christmas music and Christmas lights enthusiast all year round.
Compassion is at the heart of her practice. Creating a space for her patients to feel safe and have their anxieties and concerns heard. With a meticulous eye for detail, Dr. Fischer strives to provide quality care to treat problems and prevent new ones from occurring. Educating and promoting oral health within her community and for her patients is a fundamental part of her mission. Helping her patients generate confidence through a healthy and happy smile has been one of the most fulfilling parts of her career.
In high school, Dr. Fischer shadowed several health professionals and found inspiration in a dentist working with an under served community. It was a moment that would lead her to pursue dentistry because it shifted her personal attitudes about dentistry being purely cosmetic to a necessity for a healthy life. She began taking classes and saw a need for Spanish speaking providers. She received her undergraduate degree from Sewanee University of the South on a full-ride scholarship before completing VCU School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia. She continued her education in Dallas for an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Texas A&M School of Dentistry.
Dr. Leslie Powell is an Associate Dentist, practicing general dentistry. With a passion for ethical dentistry, she aims to diagnose dental diseases, find treatment solutions, and create a plan to avoid future issues.
Trips to the dentist can be anxiety inducing for many patients, which is why Dr. Powell strives to provide excellent dentistry while creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout every exam and procedure. She tries to treat each patient with the care and respect she hopes her family would receive.
A graduate of Texas A&M College of Dentistry, the profession called to Dr. Powell because of the combination of science and art it takes to be a successful and respected provider. Dentistry is more than just science and knowing the intricacies of what each unique case brings. It is about interacting with people every day to help them live a full and healthy life. There is an art to working with people to educate and maintain proper oral hygiene. Finding solutions that work with her patients, helping them alleviate pain, and restoring smiles that shine from the heart is what makes Dr. Powell love her career.
Art is a part of Dr. Powells personal life as well as her career. She loves practicing embroidery. Shell never fall into the category of having a doctors handwriting because she loves practicing calligraphy.

I have big issues with my teeth. The staff are all wonderful. Making me feel like they really care about me. Waiting for my new partial and bottom denture, can't wait to get the final pair!!!

I love Dental Delite. Due to the pandemic my original dentist moved away. My new dentist is just as great. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed once again. Your treatment plan was right on target. I'll see you all in 6 month.

I usually don't give reviews, but I had to tell about my experience at Dental DeLite today because it was outstanding. Everyone in the office were friendly and professional. Dr. Hooper was my Dentist and she did an amazing job; talking me through my entire procedure and making me feel relaxed. Her assistant, Precious, was so helpful and thoughtful. Most of all, my results is great! It was the best service I've ever had at a dentist office.

My first visit and it was AWESOME! Just when I thought COVID had killed customer service, Dr. Hooper and Precious bought it back to life. Everyone in the office was professional, informative and caring. The sparkling clean office and the soothing music immediately changed my mood. To top it off the bill was hundreds of dollars less than what I would have paid elsewhere. I went to work and told all my friends about my great new dentist Dr. Hooper.

I was a patient here many years ago and I stopped going and found another Dental Practice. My insurance changed and I decided to give Dental Delight another try!I honestly couldn't remember why I stopped going until my most recent experience. I had an appt scheduled on 12/28 for a routine 6 Mos cleaning. Now granted I had a 6 mos cleaning and ck up in June of this year! I'm in the ofc for 1.5 hours getting X-rays and exam, Dr. Fisher leaves and Chelsea comes in 15 mins later saying they recommend a Deep Scale cleaning for 300 dollars my total after insurance! I politely decline and state I would just like my routine cleaning, Dr. Fisher comes back and tries to convince me otherwise! I again state I only want the routine cleaning! After going back and fourth We go to the front desk and Chelsea gives me an appt to return the next day at 4 for the routine cleaning! The morning of this appt they call me to say that the Dr. advised they are unable to do this type of cleaning! Now I'm furious and my memory refreshed as this is the reason I stopped going to them many years back! They make all of these costly recommendations and if you opt out of what they want you to do-they won't do anything for you! Complete waste of time and benefits! An hour or more taking X-rays and for what! My previous dentist did not suggest or state that I needed a deep scale cleaning 6 mos prior. So it's safe to say if they are not able to charge you up and make the kind of money they want to make from your visit and do what they want they do Nothing! Please do not buy into this racket. Because that's exactly what it is! Exactly the reason I stopped going to them before! I'm filing a formal complaint as well! Tell me what dentist can't do a routine cleaning????? Ridiculous
