Wow nothing but LOVE and respect for this great team. They always exceed my family and my expectations. I've been with them with for years, and consider them a hidden gem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Dr Rosa and Dr Arias are beyond wonder, and very professional.

I have been coming here for Braces for a while and coming in As a New patient. And I've Gotten pretty good results so Far for my braces/Teeth! The whole dentist employees/team are very Kind and know exactly what their doing. :)At Least From what I have absorb from Them all. One time I was coming in for my braces and one of the nurses I had was ''Irene''(curly head) She was one of the (Assistant) Nurses who works in the back Area. But I've never seen her before. Didn't Even know who she was to begin with. She was doing/changing my Braces Color and she noticed and ask if I had needed/have Gone to my (Main Dentist) and Ask for a Cleaning and Before that I knew and was aware what I needed to do,I needed to go get a Deep cleaning and a Check Up! I Do that Every Twice a year, (I mean Don't we all) I knew that from the beginning. At my (Original Dentist) But my Problem within this was that Irene's Delivery of her explaining had a lot of attitude and Aggressiveness her being Rude towards me and making ugly comments about it and me and her saying my business all loud. Like she had a Funky Attitude and Pretty Much being dramatic about it, And as I said didn't even knew who she was Because Not only do I come here for an exchange color for my braces but I also come here for cosmetic too! Sometimes As apart of my braces journey And she didn't even know me enough As a Patient to be talking to me Like that? that's what I didn't appreciate that about her. I wouldn't have mind her pulling me to the side and telling me These Concerning Questions As she should've. She is very (Unprofessional) and She Lacks Communication and professionalism! I Don't know if "Irene''was having a Bad Day and Projecting that onto me.? Idk not my Problem! to solve, To the Point where she went as far to go to my Mother and give her the same Treatment! And That had made the front office Awkward it made everyone uncomfortable And that was the last Straw!!! And Never came across a Nurse who doesn't know how to do their job...... She is very (Entitled) is only what I can see her As. And I wouldn've have chosen that opportunity to Curse/called her out in her name but I Didn't wanna be Another Dramatic elephant in the room because mind you This All Happened During the Pandemic! As if people aren't already going through Enough in this time and I Didn't wanna ruined my reputation As a Patient At the time and because of that As a patient who's only coming here for braces that's my Only intentions came here one more time for my braces but after what happened I can't see this place of business before. Because I Don't tolerate Any (Entitled and Unprofessional) Bad Behavior People. And if your Thinking about this being your orthodontist Dentist....Considered it. Some Things need to change in This business! No longer a patient at (Dental del valle)

I wish I had saved my time and done better research, it was a waste of time and caused a lot of unnecessary drama, these people are not compassionate, they don't care about anyone, they care about feeding their bank accounts. If you are in pain, don't bother going here.

Very poor professionalism, I went there to receive RCT and was turned away by Anna. Her and her husband both came to me smiling and happy that they were able to turn someone away. This place actually gave the impression I should beg them to help take the pain away. Very cruel and hurtful people. Don't go here.

VERY rude front desk staff. Asking them question of any sort seemed like I was bothering them. Then they had 2 other ladies behind them gossiping about a client. Very happy I seen this before becoming a client.

i have been going here since september of 2020 and i absolutely love this place!!! the staff is amazing at their job and did i mention that they are so nice and friendly? they made going to the dentist super fun. dr. arias is such an awesome person, everytime i walked in he always smiled and gave me a fistbump. the staff is super cool & understanding!! my teeth came out AMAZING and i cannot keep smiling. the front staff are also so kind, and get the job done. thank you for this cool experience everyone:)

Honestly, I trust this dentist whole-heartedly. They put my braces on over a year ago and just had them taken off. The whole process was very easy and the staff are very professional and care about their patients. Thank you Dr. Arias and all the staff for a great experience!

Tried going in as a new patient and the front staff couldn't figure out how to retrieve my insurance information when I told them my husband was retired and wanted me to get the information myself. I have never had any issues with any other dentists when it comes to retrieving insurance information. Ended up not getting seen after waiting a month and a half for this appointment. Truly disappointed in the lack of effort. Maybe they should retrieve this information prior to the initial appointment to avoid having this happen the day of.

I am stuck in between because I want to give the office a five star rating Because Dr. Arias is one of the greatest and best doctors in the valley however front office makes the experience not so great you expect to walk into an office and somebody automatically say hi with a smile but that's definitely not done here the office can use some energetic and happy to be there staff

I was here for emergency and severe toothache. I was crying on the waiting area because of my toothache,! They let me wait for hours and never call my name. Maybe because I have medical insurance. Will never come here again.!!!

The staff are always nice and professional. I got some extractions done. It did take a while to actually set the appointment but overall the work was done and so glad I don't have those broken wisdom teeth anymore. I would definitely be coming back for some more work

This office is so unorganized and unprofessional. I don't remember it being like this. Sure you got a rude response from one of the employees but it has gotten worse. They dont know how to communicate with the patient. I was seen in mid November and I was given an appointment for today December 16, thinking it was for a root canal. I get there pay my fee, wait a little over an hour. Finally the doctor and her assistant come in to tell me it was a filling. They did offer a compensation but it really isn't worth it. They have a beautiful office and some nice dental assistants but their receptionists do not do a great job. They need to learn how to explain things to the patient and they need to not ignore their patients when they go up to the desk.

My little sister is getting her braces done here and they are all very helpful they are always on top of her care and making sure she know what's going on what care she need to work on. They are fast and they respect appointment times. Not a lot of places do after they have you and a patient. They were very helpful and they tech are so happy all the time is doesn't feel like your at a dentist office. Recommend Dental de Valle if you want to have a good experience.
