Dental Crown in an Hour: Naples

Dental Crown in an Hour: Naples - General dentist in Naples, FL
9960 Business Cir N #14, Naples, FL 34112

Dr. Mattschei is not your typical dentist. He started with modest means. Both his parents immigrated to the U.S. in their teens. The old-world virtues of a simple life are evident to this day in his practice style and healthcare approach.

He grew up in the Tampa Bay area, where he attended Jesuit High School and later graduated from the local college, The University of South Florida. As early as high school, he cultivated a passion for helping others through his leadership in student government, fraternity, and civic organizations.

He continued this tradition at Marquette University School of Dentistry as class president. While studying to be a dentist, he had the opportunity to further his calling to providing low-cost care to the underserved of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Upon graduating, he continued to offer affordable care as a Waterbury Health Center Hospital resident in Connecticut.

These experiences provided the cornerstones to the vision for Dental Crown in an Hour. Dr. Mattschei wants patients to be able to fix their broken and painful teeth. He is making this possible by lowering the cost and time barriers traditionally associated with treatment.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They are like used cars salesmen! In Jan 2021 I have four 4 crowns , tow of which fell out within a year. When I returned they cemented them and one feel out again within three months. When I returned the third time they told me in order to replace it I would have to pay $1871.00 out of packet. Marcelo Mattschei said that it was one of his "sub" contractor that did the work it was not him. Ridiculous answers since he oversees all three properties. When I went to my local Dentist after x-rays he found that the teeth were not properly prepared for the crowns and that is why they fell off. These offices are very short handed with Marcelo bouncing around trying to cover each. I do not see the lasting much longer .

NEVER NEVER NEVER go here!!! They did a root canal and a crown, and did it bad. They drilled through the bottom of the crown to try and fix it but didn't. I would sue this terrible dentist and company if I could find an attorney to take the case. Now I need to go to a new dentist and spend another $2,000.00 to fix their shoddy work. And just as an FYI to the dentist, don't bother replying to this review, it'll just be more stupid stuff that you said before. Stay away from this place!!!!

Went in on July 22nd for a crown. Sat in the chair for 2 hours with no work done after I paid 1,952.00 dollars up front. I requested a refund for services not provided and was told it will be back in my account in 3-7 days. The manager refuses to call me back even after I physically went into the office to see what is going on. The manager is always either off or not available. It's been 2 full weeks and not a single cent has been refunded. 0 stars

Well for one I was a walk in the only great experience I received from this whole ordeal was the two young Hispanic ladies in the front who have amazing customer service. Two; As I went to the back I was treated by one of the doctors whom I later I found out was the owner, THIS DOCTOR I cannot remember his name just that it's starts with an M , treated me like I was a sale rather than a patient. How do you ask THE PATIENT WHATS THEIR "budget" before even being presented a proper treatment. At that point I felt so incredibly AWFULLY disgusted with HIS facility and the care he provided. Let me not forget to mention how the LISTERINE WAS EXPIRED as well as the fact that there was no proper use of hygiene and on my way out to pay my bill I literally tripped over a tile with nails that are a potential lawsuit waiting to happen which is not too beyond me. Overall one star is not nearly adequate to describe my overall experience, if a - one star was possible you'd get it buddy!

I had two bridges made for my lower molars and they fell out multiple times before, hopefully staying in for, so far, 2 months. One had to be completely remade. I also had impressions for a night guard done twice and it didn't fit either time. They charged me $765.00 and refuse to refund the money to me, after many requests.

Go somewhere else they certainly don't do my crowns in 1 hour and the service really stinks

First receptionist I spoke with was great she was the only good part of the experience. The second appointment the next one was awful. Told me the price was double then what they told me and when I asked for an explanation she snapped at me like I wasn't a customer paying them . Chairs are super close together, right on top of other patients no walls to separate . they do not make you feel comfortable at all . Just let us get in and fix it . No explanations for Billings , no compassion and rude staff .

Too open of an area for a dental office. Little separation between patients. My dentist was knowledgeable and efficient.

Biggest ripoff ever. My husband got an estimate to have pins put in to hold bottom dentures. After work started they kept raising the price. After less than six months one of the pins came out and they said it was because of his bone. If the bone wasn't good, why was it put In To begin with? Said they could fix it for another $850, this is after spending $5000. They refused to give a refund or to put it back in at no cost.

I got a crown and was told it would cost 1000 dollars. I paid up front and they submitted to my insurance company and kept that money to so a crown at their supposed low cost dental company cost me 1500 dollars. That was more money than my out of network dentist charged.

My mother always told me if you can't say something nice about somebody don't say anything. So I will not say anything!

Not sure I understand the negative reviews. Miscommunication happens but I've been to every office and have always been treated very well. I can see this place costing more than your in network dentist but if not insured, this place is great. I've gotten two crowns and other major work here, including a root canal. I have been treated very well by Dr.Mattschei and Rosado. I was referred by my fiance who has also had good, solid work done. Some time has passed since my work was done and I've had no issues. Sometimes dental work can go bad at no fault of the dentist. I wish people would understand that before blaming the doctor. I can honestly say they try their best to contain costs and provide best treatment possible.
