My name is Chadwick Webster, and I was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have a wonderful family, which is the reason I decided to open my dental practice here in Tulsa. My mothers name is Debbie, and she is also a native Oklahoman. My grandparents names are Ralph and Betty. I have a cousin named Tara, and her mothers name is Teresa. We were all born and raised in the wonderful state of Oklahoma.

I attended Hoover Elementary School, Whitney Middle School and Nathan Hale High School in Tulsa. I then went to Norman and received my bachelors degree in health and sports sciences at the University of Oklahoma. I really enjoyed myself at OU; I became a Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity member and started the first pre-dental club at the university.

I was not always sure that I wanted to be a dentist. I really admired my family dentist while growing up in Tulsa, and he sparked my interest in the medical field. While working one summer here in Tulsa, I shadowed many dentists and one physician. That was when I decided to pursue dentistry. I always knew that I wanted to help people, but family is very important to me. Being tied to a physicians hectic schedule did not seem to be the right choice for me.

I really enjoyed attending dental school at the University of Oklahoma. I received a very good education and made many friends there. From the Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, I then went to Houston, Texas, and completed a General Practice Residency in 2003 at the Veterans Hospital. This was a very helpful part of my education because I had the opportunity to work on some difficult cases involving implants, oral surgery and aesthetic dentistry. Over the years, I have also done Spear cosmetic training and had a rotation at MD Anderson Cancer Center, which really helped me understand what patients and their families endure when cancer is inflicted in their lives.

After these adventures, I returned home to start up my practice, Dental Creations by Chadwick Webster, DDS, P.C. Today, I have a son, Brady, and live in Owasso where we attend Life Church. I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, collecting vinyl records, coaching sports and watching University of Oklahoma football and Thunder basketball.

I have a wonderful team. Tamy is the office manager. Kaitlynn and Keeley are the hygienists. Ashlee is my assistant. We have a very unique dental practice where we strive to provide the utmost in customer service and patient care. I want you to come to our office and experience it for yourself. We want to be your new dental care providers.

We offer the latest technology, for example CEREC same-day crowns, and services for your optimal comfort and care. I regularly take an average of 50 continuing education hours a year and have also received training at the McGarry Implant Institute and the Las Vegas Institute. I am also a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Oklahoma Dental Association and TCD. We are a completely paperless office. All of our charting and radiographs are viewable on a computer in each treatment room. There are so many exciting things happening in our practice that I do not have time to share all of them with you. I cannot wait to meet you and your family to help change the way Tulsa smiles! I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I first started my career in dentistry as a dental assistant, but after three years, I decided to further my education and become a registered dental hygienist. I consider myself very blessed to have a career that allows me to help people achieve and maintain optimal health. Its important to me to create a calm and stress-free environment for my patients. Luckily, I work with an amazing dental team that shares that commitment. My career enables me to create lifelong relationships with my patients while creating healthy, beautiful smiles. Kaitlynn joined our team in July 2017. She received her dental hygiene degree from Oklahoma University. Kaitlynn enjoys being part of a practice where the team members are friendly and close. She also enjoys working with a great dentist who does great work. As a dental hygienist, Kaitlynn enjoys using the advanced technology that we have in our office to help educate patients about their oral health. Kaitlynn got married in June 2018 and enjoys working out, watching football and playing with her dogs in her free time.

Ashlee started with the team in 2014 and assists alongside Dr. Webster with all the procedures for our patients. She has specialized training in implants, CEREC and general dentistry. Ashlees number-one priority is helping our patients to feel comfortable, understand their procedures and have the best dental health possible.

Dr. Webster and our team are a totally awesome group of people, and Ashlee is excited to help you, our patients, in any way she can! Our team takes pride in our work and interact like puzzle pieces. Ashlee was raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and loves staying close to her roots here. She is married to a wonderful husband, and they both have two young daughters. They also have two dogs, Lola and Coco. Her family is so important in her life. She loves being outdoors, watching her daughter play soccer, skiing, fishing, swimming, attending church, and spending time with friends and family.

Tamy joined our team in 2021 and helps run the show with scheduling and handling insurance. She enjoys working with patients to file insurance and making them feel comfortable during their visit. Outside of the office, she likes to fish, read and travel. She also has a son and two Teacup Yorkies, named Twinkie and Percy, she loves spending time with.
