Welcome to Dental Creations, the Medford dentist office of Dr. Poorva Parnaik. Our family-friendly dental practice welcomes patients of all ages and works with you on an individual basis to evaluate and meet your oral health and aesthetic needs. Dr. Parnaik has advanced training in all aspects of dentistry and can address complex concerns including damaged and missing teeth.

At Dental Creations we emphasize the importance of visiting with us twice a year for smile maintenance. Dr. Parnaik provides oral health care that is patient-focused. This means that your unique smile and individual needs and goals are an important part of your dentistry. Patient comfort is also an important aspect of our dentistry. As a member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS), Dr. Parnaik can offer options for sedation to meet your needs. She will discuss your personal concerns and medical history to ensure that your experience at our office is comfortable and safe.
We are excited to welcome James Brudnicki, a Certified Executive Chef who will be talking about making healthy choices when you cook. Mr. Brudnicki will help you change the way you think about cooking. The presentation will cover the differences between quinoa, rice and pasta, healthy salad dressings, and easy-to-prepare chicken dishes. There will be an open question and answer session. Attendees will have an opportunity to see techniques in action and enjoy delicious food:
About Chef James Brudnicki Mr. Brudnicki has spent 25 years working as a chef in luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants from Las Vegas to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. He is currently an Adjunct Chef Instructor teaching credit and non-credit classes at Burlington County College Mt. Holly Culinary Center.
Dr. Poorva Parnaik is a general dentist in Medford, NJ. She has experience in all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry and is focused on helping patients maintain healthy, long lasting, beautiful smiles.
Dr. Parnaiks passion for dentistry is obvious and one of the reasons why patients are drawn to her Medford dental office. Dr. Parnaik takes pride in serving her patients by preventing dental disease and promoting beauty and wellness. While also considering her patients over-all health, Dr. Parnaik educates her patients on proper nutrition and vitals such as, blood pressure are checked at every preventive visit. Her dedication continues even after you leave the office, as she personally follows up with her patients to address any questions they may have after treatment.
Dr. Poorva Parnaik received her dental degree from Boston University, in 2006. She brings a world of knowledge to patients as a dentist in Medford, NJ, as prior to completing her education at Boston University; she practiced dentistry in India and was a dental assistant in Canada.
Dr. Parnaik believes in the importance of continuing education and stays on the leading edge of dentistry through advanced training courses. She is a student of Spear Dentistry, one of the most innovative dental education facilities. Spear training focuses on helping dentists achieve a higher level of skill and experience.
I am a Registered Dental Assistant RDA for Dental creations, LLC. Choosing dentistry as a career has been a real pleasure for me. It is a pleasure for me to work with outstanding group of co workers who have become lifelong friends. When I am not working I am outdoors gardening, fishing, kayaking, biking, and bird watching.
I have been working medical/dental field for 35 years, 24 of which I have been in this office working as a Registered Dental Assistant RDA.I love what I do. I have two children and 3 grandchildren. In spare time I do reading and gardening.

My husband, both of my kids started going to dental creations. Love how entire team takes time and explains everything before anything is done. Absolutely love how genuine Dr. Parnaik is and comes and explains everything every step of the way.

Dr Parnaik and her staff guided me through a very difficult dental reconstruction, and I could not be more pleased. Prior to Dr Parnaik I was a long standing patient of her predecessor and after this dental journey, I am in awe of her talents and her attention to detail. Her and her staff's concern for my welfare cause me to write this recommendation and give them a huge thank you.

My neice came to Dr. Parnaiak because of a discolored "dead" front tooth. Dr. Parnaik placed a crown on her over the course of several appointments, all the while making sure my niece felt comfortable and keeping us informed of the process, taking special care to match the shade of her other teeth. Her staff are extremely friendly, as well. You can imagine how concerned a teenage girl can feel about her appearance but Dr. Parniak assured us it would look great. And it does! Thank you, Dr. Parnaik!

This is how going to the dentist should be! Like many, I always put off and dreaded going to the dentist, but that was before I found Dr. Parnaik. From the moment I scheduled my first appointment, I have always felt welcomed and truly cared for. Everyone at Dental Creations is beyond outstanding, including the Dental Assistants, Hygienists, and Receptionists. I never leave an appointment with questions or concerns because everything is always addressed in depth and detail. I've never had anything close to the experiences I've had with Dr. Parnaik, and I couldn't appreciate her more. I have and will always recommend Dr. Parnaik to friends and family!

Dr. Parnaik and her staff take great time and care to explain all work in thorough detail and unmatched personalized execution, unlike the many dental mills that I have had previous experience (negative) with. I highly recommend!

I have a lot of anxiety, about a lot of things. And dental work especially the kind involving lots of needles and drilling and filling and grinding and shoving things into the mouth, well, just typing these words freaks me out a little. (More than a little.) So I can't even describe the actual experience of having to do it. BUT......as difficult as it is to do it, I actually did it! The reason why? Dr. Parnaik and her incredibly warm, friendly, patient, and supportive team, from the moment I walked through the door (wait, back that up....from the moment I called and spoke to Tabitha, who took my call and was so kind in explaining what was available to me, without any pressure or attempt to "sell" me, which is actually what sold me!), to the actual experience "in the chair" with Doctor and staff. Was it easy? No. Was it pain-free? Well, no, but it was as close to pain-free and easy as they could possible make it for someone like me, and that is saying a LOT, and I don't use "caps" lightly! Look, there's just no way a trip that involves all that work is going to be a day at the beach. But they know that, and the staff and Doctor Parnaik are so empathetic, so patient with the patient, that I was able to get through the procedure without a full blown anxiety attack, and even now, knowing I have to go back for follow-up work, I am "ok" with that, where before, with a previous dentist (who told me to "grow up and stop being such a baby"), I would have preferred to stick my head in a wood chipper rather than the dentist's hands. So thank you so much, everyone, and I mean every last person at Dental Creations, and Dr. Parnaik, thank you especially for setting the "gold standard" for bedside manner in a very stressful situation. I can recommend Dental Creations from the bottom of my heart, and if you knew me, and knew my anxiety about these things, you'd know the value of this recommendation! OH! Equally important, and I would be remiss in assuming the reader would take this part for granted, Dr. Parnaik's work is absolutely exemplary! She is quite simply an artist in her field, and I am confident no one else could have made me not only feel better, but LOOK better as well! Thank you, and FIVE BIG STARS to Dr. Parnaik and the entire support staff at Dental Creations!!

I am VERY apprehensive about going to the dentist and have had some horrible experiences, HOWEVER, Dr. Parnaik, Maddie and the entire staff have made my visits painless. This office and doctor are the BEST!

Dr. Parnaik is a very compassionate and extremely professional with a great sense of humor. I recommend her for anyone that is fearful of injections and or has instilled fears caused by previous negative experiences . Her gentle and pain free approach is "OUT OF THIS WORLD" and her articulate work habits are the results of excellent dentistry . I never had such a great experience at any Dental office THANK YOU!!! It is a pleasure to go to Dr. Parnaik's office because I can be rest assured that the treatment I am getting is an absolute necessary and the best one. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially with insurance stuff. I've consulted many dentists in my life, and it's rare I've found one as knowledgalble, accommodating, and concerned as Dr. Parnaik. I needed a good dentist and I can say that I found one :)
