This dentist office is wonderful- the lord best in Miami! Dr Alvarez was so friendly and gentle. The staff are very warm and professional. I'd highly recommend!!

Best Dental experience I've ever had! The phone call to set up the appt was simple and easy, And when you come in the girls are courteous and welcoming. They offered me beverages took care of me very promptly. The dentist and her assistant are super nice super professional. They noticed I was nervous and they talked me thru the whole thing. Again best experience I've ever had. I even asked her are you going to pull the tooth? She answered " I already did" lol I didn't even notice!! Following day pain was very minimum. Will definitely be going back! Thank you

We have had a bad experience with a dentist since we moved here from California until we met Dental Cosmetic Spa. Dr. Alvarez was cordial, professional and didn't try and sell you something that wasn't needed. It also was the best basic cleaning we've every had. We recommend them very highly.

This place is simply the best dentist in Miami. Honestly, I have had bad experiences with dentist and stayed away for years. Even before finding this place I went to 3 other dentist who were either just really rough, or tried to only upsell to make money. These people are honest, and extremely patient. Not only are the prices fair but the doctor is very clear on what truly needs to be done. They have been so patient and kind walking me through this whole process, I would not let any other place work on my teeth again !

This dental office checks all the boxes for me: clean, friendly, timely, efficient, and transparent. They are family owned and do a great job of getting you in & out but also taking the time to ask how you are and let you know it was good to see you. Dr. Gutierrez extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth in one sitting and did a phenomenal job of making it a comfortable experience for me. Otherwise, I go every 6 months for routine cleanings and the staff is wonderful. Thank you DCS!

The receptionist was very misleading and dishonest regarding insurance coverage. She did not verify the insurance coverage until the last treatment of five treatments. I requested an investigation from my insurance company and they found that Dental Cosmetic Spa overcharged us by over $1,000.00. Funds paid by our insurance company were kept by the office but now will need to be refunded. I would avoid this place at all costs.
