Waited on hold for over 20 minutes just to be told they couldn't accept new adult patients. I been a patient since I was 4 and been going back my entire life. I had big gap during COVID. Disappointed but time to move on i guess.

I had my husband stop taking our son here and I am now taking him somewhere else. The gap between appointments is ridiculous and not once in a year and a half did they ever fill any of his cavities. They just cleaned his teeth. Go somewhere else! Don't waste your time!

I have scheduled my daughter twice to this dental clinic to be seen. She was seen by the Dentist through her school and I received a paper to call this office to schedule a appointment. Both times I have been cancelled just to be rescheduled. This place is horrible! I would never recommend this dental place to anyone. Very unprofessional . This is not how you run a business.

Dr. Monson charged an exam out on my child while never seeing him, which is insurance fraud. Also lied about it until asked under oath in court. I wouldn't even send my dog there. Worst dental office I've ever seen. They are practicing unethically and illegally and will lie to save face. Abhorrent disgusting people.

Jaleesa and dr monsoon are amazing people to see they got me in the same day and when no one else would pull the wisdom and the other tooth next too it they pulled them for me without question took great care of me great place to go got me in same day I called within a hr they take state insurance so thank god for these amazing people thanks yall

My dentist office is not excepting people with my insurance anymore called here to make an appointment by recommendation of my dentist because they're one of the very few people in my area that except my insurance ..I guess they're not taking new patients even if they're having a dental emergency. Pretty upsetting that even with dental emergencies this dentist and a lot others in the area are not seeing people or have a 30 day wait. Receptionist was pretty rude and had bo sympathy 0 out of 5 stars

If I could rate this at a zero I would! They go into the drake headstart program and treat kids that have a consent from parents! They treated my child even though he had a consent saying he was not to be treated because he has his own dentist! Not only did they treat him without consent we don't do fluoride treatments and they still did it!

Staff has been great, but after waiting 3 months to be seen about filling a significant cavity and a cleaning I went in to the office where they performed several x-rays and told me to come back in another 3 months to fill the cavity. They referred me to Iowa City for a separate issue and told me that I should get my cleaning then. 6 months to fill a cavity and not a cleaning. No mas.

Nurses were super disrespectful. Just flat out ignored me when talking to them about my Childs teeth. Told me not to come back with one of my kids because I had two more and wanted me to leave him back there by himself.

If you really care about oral care do not go here. It's a long wait for scheduling ( 6 months) and only very basic oral care. They will not be able to anything but cleanings. Not worth your time or insurance.

Very sketchy place. I went here for a cleaning but they supposedly couldnt schedule my cleaning until the dentist checked my teeth first. He said I had cavities and had to get them filled with metal fillings. I've been to 2 other dentists since and have zero cavities. They just want to fill your teeth so they can get money from your insurance. Always get a second opinion but I definitely don't reccommend this place.
