Dr. Manju Bhatnagar graduated in 1983 from Nair Hospital Dental College, one of the most prestige dental school in Bombay, India. She migrated to the US with her family and completed her National Dental Board and the California State Board in 1989.
Dr. Bhatnagar is an experience, skillful and meticulous dentist with soft hands. She is practically gentle with patient who has dental phobia. Over the past 25 years, Dr. Bhatnagar has never stopped improving her skill. She has attended many study clubs and courses including periodontic, advanced endodontic, esthetics restoration (veneers, bonding), implant restoration and prosthodontic courses.
Dr. Terry Kwang Ta Liu was graduated from University of Kao Sung, Taiwan in 1976 and serving as a military dental officer after graduation from 1976-1979. He migrated to the United States and obtained his dental surgeon degree from University of Southern California in 1982.
Dr. Liu is awarded the ICOI fellowship (International Congress of Oral Implantologists ) in 2002. He is particularly competent with surgical procedures such as implant, sinus augmentation, ridge preservation and all types of periodontal surgeries. Through many years of accumulative experiences and studies.
Dr. Liu's area of expertise is not limited to implant and gum surgery. He attended many study clubs and course such as oral surgery, orthodontic, TMJ, Prosthodontic and he is also a certified Invisalign provider. Dr. Liu joined Dental Concepts beginning of 2014 and served as a senior consulting dentist and our specialty dentist.
Dr. Bui resides in Visalia, Ca and was invited to join Dental Concepts in 2013. He has been working as a specialty doctor focusing on oral surgery (including all types of impacted wisdom teeth extraction ), root canal therapy (including retreatment ) implants (including multiple implants & bridge), bone graft, crown lengthening.
Dr. Bui has performed hundreds of wisdom teeth extraction and implants over the last 12 years and he is well known for his painless skillful technique that makes his patient feel comfortable after a major oral surgery. For him oral surgery its always an easy task.

Work in this office and left over a year ago. Since then I had continued with my orthodontic treatment. My treatment lasted over 2 years. I moved out of the area and now live over 150 miles away from the office. I just got my braces removed today. I am very impressed with the result of my orthodontic treatment. Dr. Nguyen did an awesome job. Also another thing I was extremely impressed with, Dr. Bhatnagar's excellent skills. I have been fighting periodontal issues from my genetics. I am extremely hypersensitive and have always had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Shah. Since pandemic happened, I learned that my dentist did not had any available times to schedule until further notice. I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Bhatnagar for my check up after removing my braces to find out about any damage from braces on my gums and teeth. Well, I had no damage, gums were great and zero cavities after a 2+ year treatment. When the time came and Dr. Bhatnagar was about to start cleaning my teeth I was extremely nervous because I am still trying to fight my childhood trauma from a female de study in Pleasant Hill, CA. I was scared, 30 minutes later, my cleaning was done and I had to thank her and express to her that she is by far, the most gentle Dentist that has ever worked on my teeth. I am blessed to have found my forever dentist. I will travel anywhere to see her.

I had my 3 implants done here. Dr. Bui did amazing job, no pain at all. I can not believe that he is fast and gentle. I would like to recommend anyone consider to have implants should come here.

They will find any and every way to conduct unnecessary procedures to charge you even though I asked several times that I'm not interested in the procesure!!!! Their servise is great and speedy but they are business oriented not health oriented.

Seems expensive, but you get exactly what you pay for. Excellent service, staff, equipment, products, facilities. Lots of highly experienced DDS on the cutting edge of technology. Vety professional and conveniently located. Personal touch. Bathroom needs to be upgraded tho.
