Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

I came to Dr. Isakov today for a consultation for teeth whitening, and Invisalign. The office is beautiful and very clean! The whole staff was extremely welcoming and nice. Dr.Isakov was super nice and informative. He was also very honest about my teeth. I was able to have a teeth cleaning the same day and it was one of the most PAINLESS teeth cleanings I've had. I will be back in about two weeks for my teeth whitening and I am very excited. 10/10 recommend! Thank you to the entire staff.

Dr. Isakov and his staff are incredibly kind and passionate. I had a pretty major procedure done last minute late on Friday. I received the follow up text and call the next day. I never take the time to write a review but I felt compelled because these people are the best. I am recommending all of my friends and family to this practice. It's very rare in this age to find a practitioner who not only has a good personality and excellent skill set, that attitude and high level of patient care is extended throughout his entire staff. Everyone is wonderful and are angels of mercy and care. I strongly recommend this place

Dental Concepts may have just saved my entire perception of dentists. I have seen many dentists in my life and every single one has always been rushed, unhelpful, rude, and just don't seem to care about their patients. The staff at Dental Concepts from when you book your appointment to when you leave their office, go above and beyond. They provide so much insightful information and make you feel extremely comfortable. I had a tooth extracted today and the staff really made my experience amazing and calming, they even called me after closing to check how I was doing! I will definitely be coming back and recommending everyone to them.

All of the staff at Dental Concepts are very friendly and inviting! They were able to squeeze me in right away for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was in some pain, Dr. Isakov and his assistant Andrew checked on me almost everyday during the recovery period. Amazing office overall!!

Dr Isakov is nothing short of amazing. He re did my whole mouth. I am so thankful to him and his staff for this incredible work. I can finally feel like myself and have the confidence I always dreamed of. The office is constantly following up and making sure I am in good spirits and recovering well. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr. Isakov was extremely good to me in the beginning of my time with Dental Concepts. But things with them, changed extremely fast. I am 24 years old and broke my front tooth, they gave me a quote for my crown process at around $1200. To start off, the temporary tooth was extremely temporary and so was the permanent! The temp fell out every other day and I was forced to use temporary dental concrete you can find at the drug store. Time comes around for me to get my permanent crown and it only lasted ONE WEEK! I called Dr. isakov and he tells me there is nothing he can do for me because he's not sure if he has my mold anymore!! What dentist does that?? I asked him what he expected me to do with no front tooth for Christmas and New Year's and he said he could not help me because their office would be closed by the next day for more than a week! I went to Babylon Dental in West Babylon, they offered me same day emergency appointment due to the circumstances and they offered me a temporary crown for the price of $200 without insurance, since Isakov already drained my insurance. Their temp tooth has been in my mouth for 9 months now and I have absolutely no issues with it! The material of the temporary tooth alone is 10000x better than the so called "permanent" these people charged me so much money for! DON'T FALL FOR THIS HORRID OFFICE!

Everyone and everything was exceptional. I got a cleaning, X-rays and removed four wisdom teeth. I was in and out, pain was minimal to none and the employees and doctors were truly lovely and charismatic. I will never go anywhere else after the experience I had today.

I am new to the area and was looking for a Dentist. I found Dental Concept via Google search. I made an appointment online and immediately I received a call. Very friendly and courteous staff. Someone canceled and they called me asking if I wanted the appointment. When I got to my appointment I explained how sensitive my gum was and how concerned I was. Sil listened and understood... I had my teeth cleaned and felt nothing! Not once did I have to grip the chair... I wanted to hug him! So very happy I chose Dental Concept! Dr. Isakov was also Great!! He talked with me about my x-rays (done there) and played some of my favorite Bob Marley tunes!
