  • Panoramicradiography, also calledpanoramic xray, is a two-dimensional (2-D) dentalxrayexamination that captures the entire mouth in a single image, including the teeth, upper and lower jaws, surrounding structures and tissues.
  • Intraoral Camera a tool the dentist uses to examine your mouth in a detailed way. The instrument, which may look like an oversized pen, has a camera that takes high-resolution footage or images of a patients mouth and shows the visuals real-time on a monitortheyre like high-tech versions of the hand mirrors.
  • Soft Tissue Lasers are used to treat many common dental conditions in a gentle, minimally invasive way. Using soft tissue lasers reduces bleeding, reduces pain, discomfort and swelling, and makes for a more comfortable healing process. Hi, Im Dr. Brian Kwapisz, I grew up in Detroit and attended college at U of M- Ann Arbor. From there I attended dental school at University of Detroit Mercy, completing my degree in 1997. I worked as an associate at Family Dental Centers for 7 years. In 2005 I relocated to Charlevoix with my wife. We have 3 children. I enjoy outdoor activities like boating, fishing, camping, and hiking.

What I enjoy most about dentistry is interacting with different people and simplifying their treatment, especially those who are anxious or afraid. Many people have had a negative experience in the past. I enjoy providing them with positive and enjoyable visits while we get to know one another.

Edit: they called to confirm my originally scheduled appointment and I plan to show up, if it's a good experience again I will update. Everything was going great. Got some of my trouble teeth pulled, made a plan for future work and care. Was due to get more done, they called and said I was no longer scheduled because I missed their call twice, I didn't. Then they said, well can you come in at 9 in the morning? So less than 24 hours notice. I asked if I could call them back today and let them know. They said no and she was very, disconnected from the conversation, seemed like she had no idea why this was a problem for me. I never knew of any appointments prior to next month. So, A+ to my dentist there, F for the scheduling staff.

I've had an appointment for a cleaning scheduled for six months now. Today I was working and missed a call to "confirm" my appointment at 11:20 tomorrow. I called as soon as I got the voicemail which was not that long after and was told that since I didn't answer when they called then they went ahead and gave my appointment away to someone else. She said I can come in at 8 am when they opened or not see me until the new year. I asked to speak to someone else and she said she was the manager and had zero compassion at all. I tried to explain I'm a single mom with a six year old and had to arrange this time off as well as childcare for my daughter for my appointment and was just trying to confirm the appointment but she said "I have a 2 and a 7 year old and you can figure it out". The lack of compassion from this manager who I later found out was named Brooke is extremely disheartening and she makes the entire business look bad. Shoutout to employee Meagan Rosingana for being amazing, though.

Had a filling done there today. Dr. Rudoni went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She was professional during the procedure and explained everything they were doing. I could tell she was taking her time to make sure it was done correctly. Thank you! Pro Tip: ask for Marcia for your hygienist. She's awesome!

Wife went to have a bad tooth pulled but they decided they wanted to "save the tooth" by putting a filling in even when the patient said to pull it. It caused lots of pain and another dentist said it was overfilled and is now infected and they won't see her back for over a month even though they screwed up very badly and didn't want to listen to the patients need because they wanted to do their own thing

This dental office is a joke. Have Blue Cross Blue shield of Michigan. But they don't take it. Or I should say they take it after you pay them all the money for the dental work and then you have to resubmit to your insurance company. They need to get their head on straight. If you got Blue Cross they should take Blue Cross they say they take Blue Cross.

I was scheduled to have two teeth pulled this morning and was so nervous due to Previous experiences withPrevious experiences with dentists that my blood pressure was even a little high. Not only did the doctor calm me down and make sure i was 100% comfortable through the whole prosses he even went out of his way to pull an extra tooth that i Desperately needed out. Thank you!

I arrived for my appointment to watch 2 others go in ahead of me. Of course I have a babysitter so I only have so long before I have to leave. Listened to desk people talk ignoring people at the counter.

I wouldn't send anyone here. Especially someone you love! They don't have compassion, empathy or kindness! These are all something I expect to get from a professional!! I took my fiance here for some teeth extractions. They don't offer gas first of all! And if you come in with a specific plan or know exactly what you want and they don't agree they are snarky and rude and try to persuade you or tell you why your wrong. I was taking a picture of my fiances first tooth being taken out. It was a big moment for us! This was supposed to be a happy experience for us both! A better healthier future. And in one second he turned and screamed at me to put my phone away. I didn't understand why I was doing anything wrong. If he was doing everything by the books then why was he so worried! I politely put my phone away. I have multiple family and friends that will never come here again for not only our experience but multiple before hand as well! I do not recommend for anyone! They lost a lot of customers today!

It's been 3 days I have been waiting for a referral to be sent to the oral surgeon and they still havent done it. My 7 year old is in so much pain she comes home crying after school. I think they need to get there priorities straight! I would say short staffed of not this is just ridiculous at this point but when I was there Monday there was so much staff that I felt in the way.

Only one time did I have a really rude dental hygienist. I'm pretty sure she's gone from there now. They're usually 2 months out on dental cleanings, but they got us right in this week. They accept our Medicaid and are usually pretty quick about getting you in and out. Updated: this place is a joke. 6 months out on appointments. Rude and undereducated staff.

Went to have 2 teeth removed. Dentist was very rude and rolled her eyes and was very judgmental. If she wasnt doing the numbing shots while acting like this and if I didn't need it done I would of walked right out. Do they not understand it's this kind of stuff that makes people hold off on even going to the dentist. So many dentist so its obvious they just dont care. If you are in pain your best off to go to E.R. they will give you some motrin and say you'll be fine!

Ask for Chelsea! She is the most professional, detail oriented, and kind dental hygienist I have ever had. Blown away. I will trust my teeth into the care of her hands every time. The rating only goes up to five stars but she's clearly a 10. ;)

Oh my goodness! I can't say enough great things about this place!! I love every single person that works here. The front desk is amazing!! They are so sweet and with the high stress that comes with this job and the amount of phone calls and people they deal with. They do a great job! Dr. Radonie is the best dentist in town. She really truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond every time. Lizzy is wonderful and everyone is!! I think people don't understand how truly busy you all are and you're doing great! Thank you for being here and thanks for all that you do!!

Never got a call back. Very unprofessional, I'm wondering if it's anything to do with me having Medicaid. Thanks! A lot!!!! Don't worry I made a appointment somewhere else .
