Ordered and received the keys that would have normally worked. However, our lock system was too old. I made contact and received immediate assistance on how to correct and help the keys to adjust to the lock. After several recommendations the key(s) still did not work. Customer service handled my request timely and provided all of the necessary solutions to resolve my problem.Top locksmith & security system was further recommended by another lock smith in our area.

I had a very old cabinet. The key was lost. The cabinet maker had gone out of business long ago; so I was very happy to be able to find the key that fit. The new key arrived in the mail within a couple of days. Great service!
