I used to love every aspect of this place however now I either can't get an appointment or the person on the phone says they can't schedule a month out. First off that is foolish if it is the case. Secondly the people doing the appointments are rude, uncooperative and just not friendly at all. Such a shame how it has changed.

Horrible service!! The manager Christian also not a nice person. The call center NEVER answers the phones and even when you leave a message they take Wayyyy too long to call back! When they do call back the scheduler sounds like they are half way asleep on the phone. I feel bad because the Doctors are great but NOT THE FRONT END SERVICE!!

Thanks for the follow up on the root canals-Great experience with this location. Very professional and understanding.... Katelyn, Cody- Dr. Lane- Serina- and all of the dental assistants were awesome. Very gentle for being a dentist, they took the fear right out of dentistry! Also, Robbin at the front desk, was a sweetheart too! Thanks Again.

Been trying for two years to get my son's teeth fixed no one would take him dental center of north was ohio was amazing we have 3 appointments to go but I'm hope full thank you to all it's friendly staff an to the dentist her self you rock!

Hard to get in touch with anybody, finally have an appointment to have a tooth refilled. From another dentist should have been done last year. Had given them four stars last time.

The receptionist at both building are extremely rude. The receptionist that was in the upstairs told me she is extremely to busy for me after she ignored the fact i was standing there. She also said she couldn't help and to go next door. Once I went next door that receptionist told me I was unable to make a appointment.

I called today for an appointment. They found my husbands info on their computer but not mine. Was told they are not taking "new" patients so would not give me an appointment. A tooth they filled, fractured. No new patients at a clinic, seriously?

Staff was pretty cool. I went there last year and they were very respectful and helped me at every corner. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend. I give them this rating because last year my son was in a dental issue and nobody was able to see him until 3 months later. This facility was able to get him in the very next day

Not a good experience. Not one word from the dental assistant to me. She was new and didn't know what the dentist asked for when needing assistance. I could sympathize with that because we've all been new at something before but she made me feel if I was choking most of the time because she barely suctioned my mouth and just left piles of water it felt like. My face was drenched by both her and the dentist including my shirt. Not a good feeling at all and not one apology or attempt to wipe the water the entire time. Pieces of filling or whatever kept going into my eyes. It's not clean, the X-ray room there is molded walls. Better experience my first time as far as employee's Front desk staff has been very nice each time I've been there so that's a plus. Jusr a hello or how are ya can go a long way

they WILL NOT ANSWER your call no matter how long u sit on hold or keep calling back. IM NOT EXAGGERATING.... THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE APPOINTMENT LINE

Had two appointments to have a crown put on a tooth. I went to my appointment and they did not have the large room available as I have a wider power chair than the regular size. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THIS AS THAT IS THE ROOM I. used on previous appointment I had to cancel that and they said they would call me back. Which they never did. I tried calling them back but the phone just kept repeating the message . After a number of days trying, I got another appointment set up for 6/13/22 AT 3:00 pm and they tell me the provider left early and I would need to reschedule again . Telling me they would call They said they called me to cancel. I C checked my text, voice-mail and recent calls. They did not try to call me. Not Happy with the treatment and lack of communication given to the clients.

I have nothing nice to say about this office. Their staff is the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my 44 years. As a former office nurse myself, I cannot stress their lack of empathy, attention, and follow through on the simplest of tasks. Good luck even getting a call back or even spoken to with any respect or compassion. I would never recommend this office to anyone. As a mother of a 5 year old daughter, whom waited over 9 days for an antibiotic to be called in for a child in pain, just to be hung up on. Unprofessional and just a disgraceful practice.
