We just went all the way out to Findlay from Lima because we were told over the phone that they would extract my fiance's tooth because it was CLEARLY abcessed and needed to be removed. Hence, the swelling in his face. We let them know over the phone what the situation was, NOT TO MENTION that he had just had an x-ray and an exctraction done maybe a month ago while he was having the same or similar issues in his mouth. First of all, the dentist was trying to take out more teeth than what we had asked to be taken out or had approved to be taken out until I made it very clear that he was only to take out just the one. It's hard for people to part with their teeth sometimes and this dentist was the least bit empathetic as we just sent back to have the same procedure done today after being told over the phone that they could and would go ahead and removed the tooth today but when we got ALL THE WAY OUT THERE, they tried to tell us we had to reschedule to have any extractions done... EVEN THOUGH HE WAS STILL SUFFERING. They could have very easily and very well have done it today to help relieve him of the pain, but they did not. They failed to do so, even after having us waste our gas, time, and money. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in their lack of caring for their patients. Can you give somebody negative stars? If so, I would in this case for sure.

I went to them for 2 fillings 6/16/22. I walked out with a temporary filling and needing a root canal on a half perfectly healthy tooth. When I arrived I was taken back to the office, very nervous and anxious due past experiences. The assistant put me in the chair and after doing vitals, the Dr came in. He sat down, opened my mouth, asked how I was to which I said nervous. He poked around, asked for something and all of the sudden was coming towards my gums with a needle to numb me. I said "Woah" and jerked my head back. Arent they supposed to narrate what they're doing to the patients? He drilled into my tooth so hard it made my head vibrate, and nicked my nerve which was clearly in the X-ray not near the cavity. I now need a root canal in that tooth and was given a temporary filling which just fell out today 6/17/22. Absolutely horrible, won't ever go back. That dr wanted to be in and out of the room in 5 minutes.

I have been a patient at the Findlay office for over a year and needed a lot of work done. I have an amazing dentist, Dr. Jeon. He has worked hard to give me my smile back. Today I saw the dental hygienist manager, Cydel. (don't know if I spelled that right). He was great at doing my impressions for my partial dentures. Very caring and friendly. I am glad that I have found this place. They are truly amazing at their jobs. I highly recommend!!!

They make appts all the time and cancell with out telling you. You wait an hour plus to be seen . very rude staff. no understanding of handicapped people not making appts.

I was treated very nicely and they were very good at explaining what work I needed to have done. The Dentist showed me the X-rays and pointed out where my issues were and set out a treatment plan where he highlighted the work that was most important to have done. Extremely impressed , a very short wait time snd I was able to get an appointment easily.

Everyone was friendly and great with doing their job! My mouth is sore because I got all my teeth extracted.

If you have suffer depression or anxiety this isn't the place to go they will refuse u beacuse u have mental health issues

Great staff. Was a little mix up with a referral but a easy fix. The extraction today was quick. They were able to get me scheduled for the other extraction pretty quick.

My son and I have been going to this dentistry since he was 10 months old and we've always had a nice experience with staff and service. The only thing that has needed to improve is the wait time. Our past appointments had us waiting at least 30 mins after my set appointment. The reason why I give this place 4 stars is because they do what they can to accommodate our appointments. It's easier for my son and me to be seen back to back and with that comes the responsibility of staff keeping an eye on him while I'm being seen (he's in the room with us). He's 3 and a handful. So thank you Dental Center of NW Ohio I know it isn't easy, at least not with our appointments, Thank you.

First off I want to say that the receptionist is a very lovely lady. I recently got a new healthcare provider recently and she tried her best to help me understand what information I needed to provide to have my childs procedure covered.The dentist assistant was nice and since my daughter was getting a shot in her mouth and since then my daughter asked me to sit in the room with her and hold her hand. Before the procedure my daughter went to the bathroom and I noticed that the dentist assistant was opening the sterile packages of tools without gloves and touching the tools to lay them on the tray I asked the young lady about it. She simply said she just washed her hands and left it at that. I told her it was concerning and we made eye contact she wasn't mean about it at all but I really think they should wear gloves when they're opening the sterile packages of tools that are going to be used in people's mouth's. The dentist is a middle-age black man and he has my respect. I appreciate his attentiveness and how he explain to me about my daughters procedure. Little did I know the last time we visited my daughter actually had gotten two fillings and not just one. At the time I didn't know that but he explain that to me on our last visit and I was surprised because my daughter did very well and the procedure was quick. I am grateful that the Stanis provider is and the location and general area that it's in it helps a lot of people.

Went in because my wisdom teeth are coming in painfully. They cleaned my teeth which seemed more like they were scraping the enamel off my teeth considering she was just chiseling away with a needle tool that ended up chipping one of my teeth. Then had the audacity to say my gums would be bleeding for a couple days but its normal since its from my gingivitis?????? which I've never had issues with my teeth or gums before my wisdom teeth came in. There's no privacy in the office, and wait times are unbelievable. Id rather my teeth fall out than go back there

Great staff! And the Dentist was just what my daughter needed. She can be nervous, but they put her at ease.
