Dr. Okonowski is a top notch dentist and the office is very well run and professional. My experiences have only been great! The staff always make me feel comfortable right when I walk in and they are clearly very knowledgeable and well experienced. Always a very high recommendation from me and my entire family - only positives about this office!

I would have givin 5 stars but i only gave 3 because the dentist doesn't listen to parents when it comes to how their child is I told the dental tech my son won't sit well without laughing gas and they went ahead and did shots without it. yes my kid got through his filling but now he will be totally full of anxiety the next time he goes back to this dentist. I understand the intent was not to cause trauma and to try and do the filling without laughing gas but now the next time my son goes back to this dentist it's going to be a fight to get my son to relax about going back to this dental office.

What an AMAZING experience my daughter had here! Do not hesitate coming to this dentist. The hygienist was beyond exceptional and had my very nervous daughter at ease in two minutes. Dentist was also equally fabulous. They didn't push anything on us and they are clearly about doing the right thing for the patient. Highly highly recommend!!

If you are looking for an outstanding dentist that you can trust, I highly recommend Dental Center of New Baltimore. Dr. John Okonowski sees my whole family, including my children and my parents. He has a kind and patient personality and takes great pride in making our teeth look great. From straightening my son's teeth with braces, to repairing my other son's chipped front tooth, he makes sure that our whole family has a bright smile. All of the office staff are also friendly and helpful, especially Tia. I highly recommend seeing Dr. John for all of your dental needs.

Dr. John Okonowski's work is exceptional and he always is so helpful and prompt to mine and my family's needs! There is never a time I have doubted his work and I can truly say I put all my trust in him. His front-desk staff makes me feel so welcomed every time I am in the office whether I am in the chair or the waiting room! Everybody seems to get along so well and they make me feel excited about my visit to the dentist. They are so understanding and are always catering to me. They are always joking around with me and making me feel like I am apart of the New Baltimore Dental Center family. 10/10 recommended to any person or family!

The Dentist is very friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist is always friendly, positive, and helpful in her suggestions for getting/maintaining a healthy mouth. The remaining staff (mostly front end) are seemingly a group of clicky woman whom love to just sit and gossip. On multiple occasions my friends and family have joked how they act like your an inconvenience if you are sitting in the waiting room. I have 1st hand experience of walking into my dentist office for an appointment and have some of them just be odd. It is sad that the 'command' of this supposed 'welcoming committee' is so off-putting to the Dr. and members of staff whom actually are contributing to the welfare of the business and her customers. The front-end staff, in my opinion, are not worth the effort to worry about. However, they ARE the gatekeepers and whoa be to any paying members of community who must be deemed to sit in THEIR waiting room when THEY have topics to giggle, cry, or whine abount.
