This facility by far has the best patient care and bedside manner. They make you feel like you are part of their own family and take as much time necessary to answer all of you questions and concerns. I wish I would have found them sooner. They are truly God sends

I was hopeful that I had found my new dentist office because this location and the facility is really nice, but this is not it. I had a horrible experience with the oral hygienist, Maggie, and will never be returning. I'm not sure why everyone raves about her in their reviews. I found her extremely condescending and unpleasant. Today I went in for my routine cleaning (as per instructed by my dentist, Dr. Friedman). However, Maggie insisted that I needed an intermediate cleaning which was not covered by my insurance and would be an additional $95. I had a full mouth debridement 5 months ago and told her the dentist recommended I have the routine cleaning (prophylaxis) at my next visit. Maggie immediately became irritated that I disagreed with her. After going back and forth for several minutes, she finally agreed that my gums and teeth looked "good enough" I could have the routine cleaning done. Fast forward no more than 15 minutes later, she lightly scraped at my teeth, did the polish and floss, had me rinse and spit, then she said we were all done and brought me to the front desk to book my next appointment. I've never had a cleaning where I am in and out of dentist chair in less than 20 min (and that's with me arguing with her for a few minutes). She was clearly hasty/quick because I did not agree to have more extensive procedures done. The whole experience was upsetting and disappointing. There's no reason to treat someone that way. When I got home, I could still see tartar on my bottom teeth that she left (that has always been fully removed during a routine cleaning at any other dentist office). Thanks, but I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

I love my new dentist office, it's always clean, smells nice and I love the Art Deco look. Maggie was very nice, sweet, informational and she really loves and care about her patients. Have to work on being better when it comes to appointment times but other then that she's a 5 Star in my book...

Excellent experience. Nice friendly staff and amazing Dentist. Really appreciate that they stand by the appointment times which shows respect on our time. Also the office is sparkling clean. A pleasure, definitely recommend!!!

I am always impressed with the work that my hygienist Maggie does whenever I have a cleaning. Not only does she clean my teeth and do an excellent job at that but she goes above and beyond with teaching me the ins and outs of how to maintain my dental health.
