I broke my tooth (TRYING TO EAT HEALTHY) on some granola LOL and it was killing me I got an appointment exactly for the day I asked and got an extraction. The tooth was so badly broken previously and now cracked again. The doc was GREAT!!! I had no pain during my procedure and it wasnt the easiest tooth to get rid of. I appreciate the lovely staff. Dr. Pickus was fantastic at his craft. Zulema was very helpful. Allison was great and very sweet and Jesus was very helpful and informative!!! Gonna come back for more work! All the staff was great and a dental procedure with minimal pain. Who could ask for more!

Que me arruinaron mi diente y cuando regreso con el segundo relleno y peor del dolor, me dicen que necesitaba la endodoncia pero que Ellos no la pagarian , y la persona que me queria explicar el porque de mi dolor y para esto ya ibamos para los 3 meses de sufrimiento con dolores e inflamaciones, me dijo que yo tenia los nervios cruzados, entonces yo busque una segunda opinion, y claro que me dijeron que eso fue mal hecho y que tenia que ser retratado el diente, segun Ellos negociando luego dijeron que pagarian la endodoncia pero de eso me quedarian mas gastos a mi del relleno o la corona que necesito para proteger el diente que me arruinaron, esta historia tiene 5 meses , y hasta el 22 de febrero que otro Dr me trato mi malestar, Yo les dije que me regresaran lo que me habian cobrado, porque no hicieron nada mas que danarme mi pieza y hasta hoy lo que dijeron es que no me darian nada, pero creo que para estas oficinas y personas sin escrupulos tienen que haber entidades que les hagan entender que con la salud de las personas no se juega, ya que todo este tiempo sufri dolores inmensos y tomando antibioticos que me dejaban los medicos, esto lo escribi en afan que muchas personas no sufran lo que yo he sufrido., aparte que me mintieron diciendo que agarraban mi aseguranza y no era asi, cuando llame a la aseguranza a poner la queja me dijeron no estaban con Ellos .
