I hate going to the dentist because of unpleasant experiences in the past, but this office makes my yearly cleanings a breeze. They always confirm the appointments and I receive pleasant service and attention from all the employees , nurses and doctors. Both my sons got their wisdom tooth removed with them and had a very fast recovery. We moved out of town and still drive the two hours each way to see them , I always recommend them to friends and family.

Worst dental office ever!! I went there for a cleaning but they spent the entire time trying to upsell me on other services. I didn't even get my cleaning because they wanted to charge me for something my insurance covers. The staff walk around talking and laughing in Spanish - So unprofessional!! Ari, the office manager, told me that they are corporately owned so she has no control over what happens there. They were one hour late taking me in for my appointment. When I told the office manager that I'd be writing a bad review, she said "that's okay. We can get positive reviews." Save yourself the aggravation - do not go to this failing dental office.

Clean, attentive & organized is how I describe the dental office. It was a pleasure switching to Aventura Dental. Only my first visit to get started but I was most pleased!

I guess the oral surgeon doctor is new or he doesn't like to take patients at all, it seems he does it because it's his job, and he doesn't love his job, it's like an obligation. I love going to a doctor who loves their career, when they are passionate about their chosen career, it is the best you get, a good experience and worry free because you feel like you are in good hands. I was lucky all my life and always found that type of doctor, but April 5 was the exception and it was not a good experience. I am not sure if he is a good doctor or not because I still waiting for an appointment for do a little surgery in my child mouth.

Please don't go to this place, it's completely disorganized and instead of getting the service and treatment you requested they will try to sell you expensive treatments you don't need. This used to be a very good dental office but now all the prior staff and doctors no longer work there. They don't answer the phone, neither answer their voice messages, overall this practice is a mess. I went at 8:00 AM for my annual check up and cleaning and, I couldn't have my cleaning (main reason of my appointment). Instead I was taken for painful set of X-rays, then they tried to sold a cosmetic treatment that I didn't need, neither requested. The person taking the X-rays hurt me, she took 6 (six) impressions of the same molar until I stopped her and, she ended telling me it was my fault! When I asked for my cleaning they told me they only have one hygienists technician and that I have to wait until 11:30 AM. I couldn't wait and left. I called several times, left a message and, nobody called me back. Finally I was able to speak with somebody and I was told I didn't "qualify" for the "basic" cleaning included with my insurance benefits because two years have passed (due to Covid) and that I have to paid for another type of cleaning! The answer of not qualifying for a "basic" cleaning doesn't make any sense. hey will charge my insurance for X-rays and tried to charged me for a cleaning and, tried to sell me a cosmetic procedure. Please don't go and look for another practice!

Excellent customer service Ari and Jennifer. Dr Oppenheimer was professional..excellent care. The broken tooth came out so quickly. Also the nurses were great. No pain. Ilk be coming back again!

WORST customer service experience that I have ever encountered at a doctor's office. Office is not answering the phone for weeks.. I called at different times each day and they never pick up and never return my voicemails. I needed to reach them regarding submitting x-rays to my insurance. I got my 4 wisdom teeth removed there and they forced me to pay for two of them on the spot otherwise they won't complete the surgery. I only find out about this 10 minutes before my surgery. Office had weeks to call me and let me know that insurance didn't cover 2/4 removals however they didn't. I called twice before getting surgery to confirm that everything was covered and they said yes. This situation caused me a huge inconvenience and wasted so much of my time. Office didn't take proper X-rays before surgery and didn't provide the insurance with the information required in order to cover the other two removals. This office did not do what they were supposed to do and caused me to get charged when I wasn't supposed to. My insurance was willing to cover it as long as they heard back from the office and submitted the required papers to them, however the office never did that even though I asked them to 4 times and my insurance was calling them daily. I paid for services that should've been covered because this office is lazy and didn't do their job. Wasted my time and money! Edit: Office manager never tried to reach me. I have tried calling them over 10 times after writing this review and it always goes to a voicemail box that is full.

The staff is rude with no consideration for my time. The front desk staff is completely unprofessional and would role their eyes right in front of me if I had a concern that they seemed annoyed with. Completely unorganized and mixed up my appointment 2 separate times. I drove an hour to get there and they informed me the Dental Hygienist left because I was a no show. Even though I was on time for the time I scheduled. Not one apology for their mistake and they even tried to charge me $50 even though they made the mistake. Complete incompetence. I would stay away.
