Dr. Bowers is a Michigan native who grew up making the trek to Ann Arbor to watch the Wolverines play. He attended high school in Goodrich and then completed a Bachelors of Business Administration at the School of Management of University of Michigan-Flint. He then traveled to Ohio for a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine; he received his degree in 2015.

Dr. Hadi Daia received his dental degree in 2005. After years of private practice and research. Dr. Daia took a Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) and Orofacial Pain residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Daia earned his Master 's degree in Oral Sciences from University at Buffalo in 2010. In 2011, he authored a book titled 'Low Level Laser Therapy for Management of Temporomandibular Disorders'.

His passion for beauty, art and professionalism led him to do another residency this time in orthodontics at the University at Buffalo, which he completed in 2014. As a demonstration of his highest commitment to excellence, he earned the prestigious American Board of Orthodontics and American Board of Orofacial Pain diplomate status and the fellowship status of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Dr. Daia is dedicated to giving back to the community on many levels. This was manifested in his personal service in many nonprofit organizations including: Edmonton Regional Search and Rescue Association (Alberta, Canada), Niagara Frontier Search and Rescue Team (Upstate NY), H.E.A.L International (Buffalo, NY). Currently, Dr. Daia takes part in leading the efforts for resettlement of Syrian refugees to Michigan by serving on the executive board of directors of the Syrian American Rescue Network since 2015, the International Institute of Metropolitan Detroit since 2017, and a member of the Waterford Refugee Welcome Alliance.

Dr. Fayyad grew up in Michigan. He graduated from Dexter High School (Go Dreadnaught), attended and graduated from Michigan State University (Go Green), and spent time volunteering and working at University of Michigan (Go Blue).

Dr. Fayyad completed his dental degree at Case School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, and followed it with a one-year residency training program, AEGD, at University of Pacific in San Francisco, California. In the years following, he worked in private offices, owned his own dental office, held different positions in non-profit organizations, and had dental hospital experience at University of the Pacific.

Dr. Markus was born in Michigan, and grew up in Germany. Upon graduating High School, he returned to Michigan to pursue his dream of becoming a dentist. He graduated from U of D Mercy School of Dentistry, and strives to provide quality dentistry in an inclusive and relaxed environment to all patients.

Dr. Holt was born in and grew up in southwest Georgia. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2013, he moved to New York City to attend dental school. He graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry in 2017. After dental school, Dr. Holt pursued advanced dental education by completing a general practice residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Upon completing residency, Dr. Holt moved to the Flint area where he has practiced ever since. In addition to treating patients, he enjoys exploring all Michigan has to offer, traveling to see friends and family spread throughout the country, and playing and watching sports.

After graduating from Damascus University in 1988 with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Laboratory Technology, Bassam went to serve 2 years in the military making dentures and retainers. Following his service in 1990, he started his own Dental Lab which he ran until he and his wife moved to America in 2013 with their 3 children.

In 2015, Bassam opened Nahhas Dental Lab, an in-house dental lab where he fabricates a wide variety of dental appliances including but not limited to: retainers, occlusal guards, crowns, implants, partials and dentures.

Bassam continues to operate Nahhas Dental Lab successfully, with the help of his wife and their children! He joined Dental Care Team in 2018 with over 30 years of experience and we are pleased to have him with us!
