The digital method also uses a smaller sensor than the traditional onewhich pokes the mouth less, resulting in increased patient comfort.
At Dental Care Springfield, all of our patient charts are archived digitally to minimize our paper waste footprint. Our high-tech system also allows staff members to access your insurance information more easily to expedite claim processing.

Had a wonderful experience here from start to finish! The front staff (Jocelyn and David) were extremely welcoming and helpful. Nicole the hygienist was amazing and made my experience and my four year old daughters first time at the dentist, remarkable! Definitely would recommend and you will leave smiling!

Had amazing service here with Nicole!! She was very informative, explained everything to me in detail. She took her time with the cleaning, didn't feel rushed at all. Enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back.

My experience was very positive from everyone in the office. Reception was helpful, the wait wasnt too long. The hygenist Nicole was very very friendly and personable. She gave me advice on dental care i was not aware of and walked me through every part of the process and reasons why they were being done. Dr. Kim was great , friendly and concise. Jocelyn provided a clear explanation of whats to be expected for my follow up appointment. Very pleased.

I took my 84 year old Father with early dementia to this practice and he was treated with care, compassion and dignity. From the warm reception at the front desk to the lovely kind, caring and thorough hygienist. My Father had a great experience. Dr.Kim did not rush his treatment plan either when discussing it with my Dad, he was patient within his review and my Dad walked away saying that the office had the nicest set of people. I would highly recommend the Dental Care Springfield Team.

I was in pain. I didn't have an appointment nor was I a patient. I walked into the office and was treated with the kindness and warmth of an old friend. The professional and courteous staff eased all of my fears and superseded all expectations of a dental experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I called last minute when my filling came out and they were extremely helpful in getting me in the next day to see a dentist and thoroughly made sure I was comfortable and all of my teeth were intact. I highly recommend coming here!

Wow wow wow ... I just came back from my appointment & I can honestly say that I've received the best dental cleaning of my LIFE. The hygienist, Nicole, is AMAZING. Seriously. She took her time cleaning my teeth & explained every step of the process. She's a gem and my teeth never felt so clean. I also appreciated her advice as well . Additionally, Dr. Kim is so kind and addressed all of my concerns. Those who work at the front desk are also so attentive and kind. My experience was a 10/10. I will definitely be coming back.
