I wish I could put negative stars! This place is completely trash! Came in early September. Got an appointment for September 10th. They made me pay all the money up front on the 7th! (Before the procedure) The day of the procedure they denied me because I had cancer in 2020! Reminder that I told them about that weeks earlier! Then they still scheduled and took my money! They said it would be 4-6 weeks before I get the money back. I made it very clear on the 10th that I wanted a refund! I called back 5 weeks later to check on it! The lady was completely rude and reminded me that it was 6 weeks! fast forward three more weeks. I still have none of my money back and whenever I call back up there the lady is super rude to me again and wants me to reschedule instead of giving me a refund! They have been pretty persistent on wanting me to reschedule without giving me my refund. This is completely unacceptable! I just want my $1,500 back in a reasonable amount of time. They did absolutely nothing for me but waste my time and take my money!

Dr. Wayra did an amazing job of fixing my cavity I only had to go back once to get my bite adjusted and it feels as good as new now! She is friendly and knowledgeable and even chatted with my daughter which was nice.

I asked them MULTIPLE times to stop freaking calling me! They lost my business when they canceled an appointment that I scheduled over a month ago . I would have forgiven them but since I needed a Saturday and they wasn't pushing ANYONE else's appointment back they wanted to schedule me almost a month out. I have had to resort to BLOCKING them because they won't STOP calling me despite me asking numerous times!

Staff are great and super friendly, but expect nearly everyone to be on the newer end and prepare to reschedule literally every appointment. For the last 2 years, we will get a call/text to confirm a time, confirm it, and get a call to reschedule for the following week. Rescheduling patients is the only thing that is consistent here. If they got their scheduling system fixed and didn't give people the run around, this place would be a legit 5/5. Game changing tip: If you plan on going here, schedule your appointment a week ahead of time so when you ultimately have to reschedule, you won't be caught off guard.

If i had the option i would rate this place a 0!!!! DO NOT go to this dentist. Save yourself the time, money, and pain!!!!!! I scheduled an Emergency appointment because i have a hole in my tooth. They told me i needed a root canel. I scheduled my next appt and came in and they started working on my tooth , (my appt took 5 hours for some reason) half way of my tooth being done they came in and told me i would need to pay over 2000$ for a root canel, build up, and crown bc insurance did not cover. Which was a suprise considering they only told me i needed a root canel and this was the first time of me hearing about this. We finished the root canel an crown and build up they took 5 impressions and said my next appt i would need to come back for my permemant crown. I got a call saying none of the 5 impressions they took worked so i needed to come back for 15 min appt so they could redo the impressions. I came back my appt was over a hour long,i raised my left hand for her to stop when she was drilling bc i could feel it and the lady cut my cheek with her drill and had to do another 5 impressions and pack the cord 2x. This place does not know what they are doing at all. And do not communicate with each other. I have had 6 different calls telling me i need to reschedule for impressions , including the day of my appt. DO NOT GO HERE I WOULDNT RECCOMEND TO ANYBODY

I waited for a week in pain to have a wisdom tooth extraction and teeth cleaning only to get to my appointment day and they tell me they can't extract it they have to refer me to a surgeon. They didn't do cleaning as scheduled but wanted me to come back in a week for cleaning!!! What was the appointment for? Mind you I took days off work for this.I went to them with pain and left with pain. The doctor and staff lied to me that they were faxing prescription for pain medication which they never did. Worst place to go to they are unprofessional and liars.

1st vist was rescheduled due to a compressor. The following week they called on a Thursday to confirm for an Friday appointment. On that Friday they called back to reschedule a Saturday appointment, because they over booked so I was lost. Expressed the appointment info was all off and they didn't even have record of the Friday time slot! I should've looked at the reviews and seen the disorganized office comments; instead of wasting my time...

I would definitely get second opinion after going here (I was told I had more than one cavity even though I rarely have any let alone more than one. I went to get a second opinion and there was literally no cavities and my teeth looked great) and plan on at least two hours just for a simple routine teeth cleaning

My son had a broken tooth and needed emergency help on a Saturday. He called with his insurance information, they made his appointment, he then drove an hour for them to tell him they didn't accept his insurance. He asked how much it would cost if he paid for it and they told him $350 but their card machine didn't work. Now he is looking for some relief without anywhere to go. Thanks for nothing. Do not recommend, he said they were a joke.

Don't waste your time. Office is disorganized. Unclean. Would you put your dental needs in a provider who fills the soap dispenser in the bathroom with Water!! I was left waiting in a dental chair for 45 min and no one ever came back. I finally went to see why and use the restroom and was told "I thought you filling out paperwork. " what?? How so.. I had NOTHING in my hands. With a 9 am appt - nothing to drink, nothing to eat and you're left to sit for an hour and not be seen. Craziest part ... dentist walked by 3 times and just kept saying... someone will be with you. Well, no one ever was. I walked out. Plus, they sent customers away as I walked in saying they couldn't take care of them as scheduled for the day- because they were understaffed and staff reported LATE. Doesn't sound like any place that deserves to be taking care of someone's health issues. I will be asking this dentist and office be removed from insurance lists.
