I made an appointment because I had cracked two of my teeth and I was in pain. After scheduling the appointment the informed me that this was just a consultation. I told them that they should have told me that up front, as I would have gone to an emergency dentist. After looking at my teeth the dentist said he would go ahead and pull one of them and that the other needed a crown. I said ok. He pulled my tooth and sent me on my way. They needed to call me back to the office because they forgot to give me my prescription. While I was in the chair the assistant scheduled a cleaning for the following week. I was never given an appointment for a flipper or told what to do next. So I am now just walking around with a missing tooth that is very noticeable. I called back the next day to see if I can get a flipper made when I come in for my cleaning, they office staff said I need to speak with the dentist about that. That wasn't helpful as I can wait till next week just to speak to the doctor about making another appointment to be seen for a flipper. So I had to call another dentist to get seen for a flipper until I can get a bridge or an implant in place. Thanks to Wheat Dental they were able to make me an appointment to fix my smile and answer the questions that Whispering Pine couldn't or simply just didn't want to.

The staff are nice, i went to do my routine cleaning mi insurance pay for it, and they charged me about $300.00 for the cleaning i also told them that my insurance pay 100% and no money from my pocket need to be paid, they said i was a different cleaning that i never asked, also my wife was told there that she have 5 cavity and need to came back we checked with another 2 different dentist and they just found 1,this place try to charge extra fee, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

I'm so grateful I found this practice today! The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating and they were able to see me immediately to alleviate my pain. The support staff were comforting and compassionate and the doctor was extremely helpful and gentle with me. I felt virtually no pain during my visit. Their prices were so much more affordable than other places I've tried and I highly recommend them.

When I was searching for a dentist, I was given this Dental office. They made sure I was able to get a early morning appointment, I have no insurance because I am self employed I was only thinking about Health insurance at the time for me and my husband so I just knew they would be very expensive, but they prove me wrong. The entire staff was Amazing especially the dentist herself was a God sent. Dr.Angele Brown is what I need and will put all my faith and trust in her skills to get my teeth like they once was. Thank you all so much for my visit this morning

This place makes you less afraid of visiting the dentist. You are treated with such care here that I feel like I have to take care of my teeth so they will be proud! Will continue to be a costumer, and am glad to have them on my healthy smile journey!

This was the best experience I've had with a dentist. The hygienist Bri and Dr. Brown was great. I would truly recommend them. Very professional.

My cap came off my tooth and I called to get a price. I was told 150.00. When I got there this morning ,it was now going to be 300.00. I told the lady that this was not right, I should of been told of all the add on chargers of office visit and X-ray..... I can't believe a dab of glue and 40 seconds to put tooth back is 150.00? I walked out because of the principal of the whole thing... I might have to pay 300.00 but it will be somewhere else.... why can't folks be up front!

Excellent practice, stellar staff, nice offices, very pleasant!!! Doctor Williams made a Crown for me that I can't even tell isn't my real tooth, and my hygienist, Bree, is the absolute best!!!

Phenomenal. I came in with excruciating pain and they did everything within their power to make things as easy and as comfortable as possible. They did everything the same day to boot. Will definitely be returning for future dental care. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Fast, professional and all around helpful.

When I say I DO NOT like the dentist!!!! But the team is AMAZING. Very pleasant, very through, very knowledgeable and just so kind. They make it alright for me with major anxiety going to the dentist. I highly recommend them you won't be disappointed.

Amazing experience with ALL of the staff and Dr. Brown. In todays world it's really hard to find doctors who genuinely care about your well being. It's an amazing feeling to feel that level of comfort around such wonderful individuals. I'm am more than happy to have had the opportunity to come in contact with beautiful people. And I'm even more happy that I am one of their clients!

Each visit is a wonderful, professional and pleasant experience at Dental Care of Whispering Pines! All the staff are so very friendly and the hygienists are all very professional and always do a great job. They do their very best to work with you and meet all your dental needs. The cleaning process is always very gentle and I appreciate that so much! Overall I would highly recommend this Dental Care!

Brea is by far the best dental hygienist Ive ever had. She is extremely thorough, gentle, and has excellent bedside manners. She is certainly an expert in her field . My entire family recommends her !
