Dr. Nouman Bashir has called West Chester home for over 25 years. After graduating from B. Reed Henderson High School, Dr Bashir entered Howard University BS/DDS program. He received his B.S. degree in Biology and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Howard University in Washington DC in 2010. He continued on to complete his General Practice Residency at St Joseph Medical Center in Reading PA.
Since, he has attended countless hours of continuing education, with special emphasis on cosmetic dentistry. Dr Bashir is a perfectionist when it comes to his dentistry and he wants to exceed his patients expectations.

My experience at Dental Care of West Chester was amazing, the entire staff is awesome Dr. Bashir is incredible at his job and both him as well as the dental hygienist (I unfortunately don't remember her name) made me feel comfortable during my entire procedure, If you have dental anxiety I would recommend coming in to this office.

Requested an appointment as a New Patient and was told that there were currently "Billing issues" with Delta Dental Insurance plans and that unfortunately all "New Patients" with Delta Dental were being denied service, going forward. However, I noticed they said "New Patients". So, one would assume, they are still servicing current patients with Delta Dental Plans. When I began to inquire I was told that the "Dentist was sitting right next to me on the phone trying to figure it out". Sure. I bet. If you have Delta Dental Insurance, go somewhere else.

Everyone there was very friendly and efficient, I lost a filling and had it replaced on a lunch break, will definitely be using them as my primary dentist office from now on.

Dr.Bashir and his staff were amazing! I had my first visit and everyone was very welcoming and personable. Dr.Bashir spent time getting to know me and explaining everything regarding my dental health. Will be recommending this office to everyone!!

Good price, I hunted this guy down after 6 years because he makes me feel comfortable in the chair and he is honest... good luck finding that elsewhere these days!

Dr. Bashir is the best there is! I have never had a dentist that I could truly trust before I went to Dr. Bashir. He got me in asap as an emergency and ever since then I have been pain free!!

He's the first dentist to actually make you feel comfortable and treat you with respect. Genuine, honest and provides you with caring options for what procedures you are able to afford. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Bashir is great at what he does along with being informative with treatment. Him and his staff are very helpful and kind, making it a great atmosphere. Check-ups have become less nerve racking thanks to them.

My husband and I are SO happy we found Dr. Bashir at Dental Care of WC! After a few negative (and painful) experiences with other dental offices, we made the switch and couldn't be more pleased. His staff is friendly, and scheduling is always easy and accommodating. What we appreciate the most, is that his office is small and we aren't just made to feel like a number instead of patients. We were both given a very thorough evaluation, treatment plans, and all of our questions and concerns addressed. Dr. Bashir does the cleanings, fillings, etc instead of an assistant or hygienist and is very in tune with a patient's comfort level. He is accessible and has taken our follow up phone calls after dental work to answer questions. We will continue to recommend Dr. Bashir and Dental Care of WC to anyone that has anxiety about dental work, looking for a kind and compassionate office.
