Benjamin J. Martin, DMD, MS, graduated in 2011 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and then in 2014 pursued his Certificate for Oral Biology and Specialty in Orthodontics from the Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry.
A straight, beautiful smile is universally sought after. While it is an aesthetically pleasing feature, it enhances a persons overall health in many ways. When a persons teeth are not in alignment, the function of the teeth and jaw are not optimal; therefore, food may not be digested properly, excellent oral hygiene is difficult, wear and tear on the teeth is advanced, and the pressure from the misalignment may cause headaches and facial pain.
As a young grade school student, I always knew that I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. It wasnt until I attended a dental mission trip to Honduras that I knew that I wanted to be a dentist. While in dental school, my passion and interest in orthodontics grew. I learned and was inspired by some of the best orthodontists at Baylor. I feel very blessed to be able to use my skills, education, and the latest orthodontic advancements to perfect smiles.
Professional Memberships: Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Dallas County Dental Society
Outside of the dental office, Dr. Martin likes downhill skiing, cycling, mountain biking, and participating in triathlons. In addition, Dr. Martin enjoys staying active in the community and volunteering every opportunity he gets.
During the first phase, the orthodontist has no control over 16 unerupted permanent teeth. If after they grow in, problems still exist, further treatment will be required. A separate fee will be quoted at that time. Treatment usually takes 12 to 24 months at age 12 to 13.

Have been going here for awhile now. Love it. Staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and proficient. Dental hygienist is great. Dentist is thorough. Teeth feel great when I leave.

I'm still having trouble with some the teeth they did extensive work on 5 years ago. I'm about to have to pay someone else to fix it as I have moved. And due to the fact I haven't been able to make it in every 3 months, the work is no longer insured even though it was never done right in the first place.

I love this place! The health professionals here are so nice and make dental visits so much less daunting. Dr. Asra Albayatti was especially sweet to me and is a gentle dentist, her assistant helped me so much with X-rays (I hate doing them) but she helped the process come along smoothly and quickly. There's nothing else to say other than that the bad reviews couldn't be more wrong of a reflection of this establishment. Definitely consider this place

I've been before to this location and I was just happy with Dr.Shima and his assistant , but after my visit today am not happy am over happy and very satisfied with Dr.Albayati she wonderful straight to the point never over sale operation so trustful , and my 9 years ild loved her as he didn't even feel the needle pinch for the anesthesia. Really I recommend her and the team.

Nate has such a welcoming spirit and a pleasant person to be greeted by at the front desk. I love Dr. AlBayatti dentistry work. She has a gentle touch, she's very patient and professional. I've been coming here since they were 6 Day Dental and I've had my braces, wisdom teeth removal, cavities filled, and regular cleanings all with them and every experience has been great. This is the best dentist office and I love all the staff!

I have a billing issue with the practice at Allen Texas. I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails. They are rude when you call to find more on how to fix the problem created with the insurance, due to name change on their end. They never call you back. And make you feel harassed and helpless. I am so disappointed. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Please beware. They will slap a huge bill on you for a TAX ID issue on their end and won't help you resolve it even if you are patient and cooperative. It might have been a decent place to go to before. But don't make the mistake to go there now.

I went there this week for my semi-yearly dental cleaning and I can't tell you enough what kind amazing team I had here. The workers are professional and careful, the dentist Dr. Asra Al-Bayatti was not harsh and is very gentle with her cleaning techniques as well as making the process fast. The workers gave me detailed feedback on my oral health and how to improve it. I'm definitely coming back here for my next cleaning. I haven't even mentioned how kind they are. In conclusion, don't listen to the bad reviews, these are good people who care more about your health compared to other clinics.

Very good service no pain real good and the doctor was so good her name is Dr.Asra Albayatti all the staff was very helpful and caring and professional. Fantastic experience. Everyone that works here has been more helpful than anywhere I've gone. They are prompt and some of the most friendly faces you'll ever meet. I have quite a lot of work being done and the price is absolutely affordable compared to several places I've been before. If you are looking for a dentist, you don't have to look anymore.

Loved them as 6 Day Dental and still love the dental care now, and they offer invisalign. Nate and Ms. Elmira are very nice and helpful!
