Unfortunately my experiences here were so terrible I felt the need to warn others to avoid this practice at all costs. The care you receive is absolutely terrible. My crown was fitted improperly and so I got an infection; and I was fully responsible for the cost of the new crown that had to be made. Within 3 weeks I had to visit the office (30 minutes from my house) twice to have my temporary crown redone, as it was done so poorly that it came off despite me not even using that side of my mouth. I consulted other dentists, who, were shocked at how poorly they cared for my tooth, and I've had other dentists fix numerous issues that the doctors at this practice have created in my mouth. On top of this, you should expect 45 minute- an hour wait times for scheduled appointments. They say "You'll be the next to be taken" and then 5 patients who arrived after you are invited back before you are. To add insult to injury, the front desk staff are extremely rude. Between the bills you will incur and the exacerbated dental issues, it is truly not worth spending any time or money here. They don't value you as a patient and make you regret spending any of your time or money here.

I had an amazing experience there and am very pleased so far. I had a bad experience with my first root canal from a different dentist . I was also under Complete Care's care for like 8 mos and could only get 4 filings done. They did small easy ones, only 1 each visit. Then told me that another tooth needed a root canal cause they didn't fill the cavity in time. Luckily Medicaid switched dental carriers and I came here (Dental Care of Vineland) on a recommendation. The dentist and assistant were super friendly and up beat. The dentist confirmed that the crown was all wrong after dealing with it loose and out of position, and being told it was fine. Then she told me she does them there. She was as excited as I was to fix my 6 front teeth. Amazingly my insurance covered it. They made me an appointment for 2 days later. They did all of the work in one day and even made my temporary crowns look great! The lady dentist that did the work took pride in her work. She said that was her favorite procedure and even took pics before the procedure to show me the difference once done. That felt real good. That told me she's proud of her work, really tries her best, and is confident in her ability. It took me 8 mos. between Complete Care and the crown I got. Within 3 days (2 visits) all of the other work Complete Care and the Cosmetic dentist did was fixed, removed, and done properly.. 3 days, not 8 mos. and the work looks great! I'm so glad I came to them. I'd recommend them to anyone. They're friendly, caring, and thorough, exactly what I want from a dentist . I can't speak highly enough of their friendly demeanor, confidence in ability, and quality of work in a very timely fashion ~ ~

There is usually a wait but I don't care I've been coming here for years.. Then things started going down hill fast it took them "From Agust 2021 until February 2022 to complete a set of dentures" And then I got a call to come in for a cleaning i I had to ask about the dentures, I called today because I have a chip that needs be fixed and was told they have No record of me ever being there and that My phone number came up with someone elses name, It is the same number they called to to say it was time for a cleaning That's a wrap they lost two customers behind this one.

Not the most pleasant experience. I went to get 3 cavities done my first time about two weeks ago and they went in so fast and did not wait for the numbing to take place. They told me no information and just let me pay. Back story I'm 18 and this was my first time going there in years so I don't know the procedure but I do know it's their job to provide information and to know how long to wait for the numbing to take place not just go in for it. SECOND HUGE FLAW, I went again today 03-01-2022, and it was not nice. The nurse was not seeming to do her job of using the vacuum for all the liquid that goes in your mouth and I kept feeling as though I was drowning and the other thing is I can feel my teeth messed up and I told them and they said everything was fine but it does not feel that way and there's a clear difference. Also I could not say anything to the nurse because I do not wish to be labeled as something I am not or my words taking out of context, I'm just trying to keep it professional. Usually they are good I'm not sure what happened recently just feels like constant rush, I do understand there are a lot of patients but I still would like to feel slight cared for like my first time the nurse was so nice. Also I do like my dentist just wish I was heard better and not over looked.

HORRIBLE !!!! I went once because I thought I had a cavity took X-rays dr didn't even introduce himself didn't do anything but look at my tooth and tried saying I needed a root canal. So happy I kept missing the phone calls. Went to a different dentist who introduced himself took the time to sit down and check out my concern plus the rest of my teeth and it's only a cavity ! I knew something wasn't right and now I know why !

Had oral surgery on Tuesday morning removing two root tips and bone under a bridge (that was put on only months ago at another one of Dr. Pettisani's offices) Knowing I had an hour ride home I was discharged with no paperwork/care, no ice, no antibiotic, no pain medicine. Was told to "stop at wawa for ice because it'll swell really badly" as they had no ice?? By the time I arrived home and was in pain I called to ask what pain relief I should use and/or if I needed antibiotics. After 28 minutes on hold, the rude secretary (I'll leave her name out) advised 'he doesn't give pain meds he advises to take Tylenol and refused to check with him). I figured it wouldn't be so painful if they didn't think a script was needed. It was EXCRUCIATING pain thereafter, and I've had a LOT of dental work, none this painful post work. No one answered in the next day so I contacted their other office (that did the original bridge and had been as helpful as possible unable to make too many decisions as the owner is out of the Vineland office) they prescribed me medicine. Day 4, today, woke up swollen, itching, red on skin, in excruciating pain....... called Vineland office so that the oral surgeon can advise what to do. (Hoping I could get past the office girls that think they are doctors making decisions that affect patients negatively without ever speaking to the dentists.) No answer! No emergency contact, no voice mail, simply rings and rings. The oral surgeon was kind, efficient, numbed me effectively. I think he ASSUMED staff would provide me with instructions, ice!?, emergency contact info....... & thought he'd be notified if a patient was in distress within 24 hrs of surgery...... or at least one would HOPE.
