I've been going to this dentist for 8 years and moved to a different city an hour away but would never change dentists as they always make it a comfortable experience and do good work- the dentist, the surgeon, the hygienist and all of the staff are wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Worst place when it comes to their appointment time 10:30 appointment left the place by 3 pm appointments over booked definitely but still it's unacceptable don't recommend for those reasons if you have the whole day its perfect place you don't for get to take your lunch you going to need it

I really wanted to like this place. The dentist is really nice but she was too aggressive for me. My first visit for filings left me with complications with my tooth. My teeth have never been sensitive or painful. I thought it would subside after a few days but it did not. I went back twice after that to get more filings and to ask about the sensitivity. Well, all of the "fixed" teeth still I'm in have pain, my last visit she put the needle too far which caused my Jaw to lock (dental Trismus). Now, I can't open my mouth comfortably to eat. The dentist actually said you was fine when you left. I said well yeah because my mouth was numb. This made me aware of her lack of accountability. She admitted my condition is a rare case from the needle passing the muscle which she administered. She had to subscribe a muscle relaxer to help but all that did was put me to sleep and make me drowsy the next day. I am so uncomfortable I can cry right now. I can barely open my mouth, it hurts to eat what little I'm able to get in my mouth. This has been the worst dental experience I've experienced in my life. I pray they don't reply with a passive aggressive tone trying to down play my experience. I did not deserve this!

Waited 2 hours to be seen and had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer. You have a sign posted that states if you are 10 minutes late your appointment gets canceled. How about the value of my time, I guess the patient isn't important enough. I won't be going back and neither will my family.

Had a routine x-rays and cleaning appointment, I was there for 3 hours. Once in the room they rushed me through the cleaning and out the door. Overbooked, or understaffed? Worst dental experience of my life, anyways I will not be going back.
