Dr. Joo Kwon was born in South Korea, moved to the US, and graduated from the University of Illinois School of Dentistry, where he received first-rate training in all aspects of general dentistry. The ladies at the front desks are very welcoming and helpful. The dentist and the ladies that assistant him are absolutely amazing!! They tell you everything they do before doing it and have a phenomenal way of putting you at ease. I can not be more happy with Dental Care of Round Lake Beach. Thank you

Well I'm trusting the process so far so good this is a good place getting some work done and hopefully will be a good choice I made but the staff is very nice ,family oriented so that counts for alot

Michelle was my dental hygienist. And she was so kind and went above and beyond to make me very comfortable when I was anxious! Dr. Kwon was so very nice and humble as well. And he has a very kind and calm mean demeanor. He never rushed me through my treatments and care. I definitely give them referrals! If you're in need of a dentist, Dr. Kwon has my vote! I referred my family to their office. Now my mom and boyfriend both use him. I've been going to Dr. Kwon for 3 months for a complete dental replacement. His staff is always on time, kind and very patient! I've always been afraid of the dentist. Dr Kwon and his staff were amazing! They're all so calm, kind and extremely helpful! They have great service when you're in the building.. but don't ever expect a call back. I've been trying to schedule a time to pick up my expensive mouth guard. I've called 3 times and left voicemails. Nobody has gotten back to me, but they are chasing me for the bill for a mouth guard that I don't even have yet. I find that pretty irritating considering the fact that I've tried to reach out and reschedule multiple times.

Best first experience at the Round Lake location. The hygienist Deedee provided excellent service and answered all my questions. There was no wait time and the visit was less than two hours but all my concerns were addressed and I was taken care of. Highly recommend this place for new patients!

I am new to Medicare and my advantage plan and this office is in my network, my first visit and I was able to have X-rays and an excellent teeth cleaning with DeeDee a dental hygienist. She is very kind, thorough and explains as she goes, she knows what she is doing. Dr. Kwon came in and gave his recommendations after examining the X-rays and also explained the reasons for his recommendations which I like, he has many years of experience and I quickly felt he knows what he is doing as well and I am in capable hands. He has a good eye and I will come back to fill a cavity he saw that has not yet caused me discomfort. The office staff work well together, they are very pleasant, I met another hygeniest Michelle as I was leaving and she seemed very nice as well. Before I left I received a print out of a treatment plan based on Dr. Kwon's recommendations with the amount my insurance will pay and my portion, I would recommend them to others.

The office staff are very friendly - but in regards to a childrens office they miss the mark. I had to take my daughter to another practice because they couldn't complete a root canal and crown after three attempts. It was their recommendation we seek a pediatric office. After taking my daughter I also took my son and they found three cavities that RLB did not find or address. For adults I would give the office a 4 star review for kids I would say 2. I landed on 3 for that reason.

Dr. Kwon and his staff are A1. He had recommended a wonderful oral surgeon for a Gum Restoration (Dr. Sanai), and Dr. Kwon's aftercare so far for my follow-up has been great. Careful to put all his patients at ease, and make them as comfortable and happy with results as possible. Best primary care dentist in Round Lake area.

I was scared to death of having a root canal! I am happy to report that it was so easy and painless! I never felt any pain. It's been 5 1/2 hrs since my procedure and I am still not suffering any discomfort.

I showed up today a week early for my appointment and they were so kind, helpful and accommodating despite my mistake they were able to get me rescheduled for today just a few hours later. All of the staff here are wonderful, I've been a patient for several years and have no intentions of changing that in the future.

Dental Care of Round Lake Beach is by far the best dental practice I've ever been to. Extremely friendly staff, nice office and exceptional care from the hygienists and dentist. I don't mind going to the dentist any more after finding them. They are absolutely wonderful.
