Had a wonderful experience at Dental Care of Pflugerville today! My dentist and hygienist were excellent in every way which made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend their dental office!!

Came in for a check up and cleaning. They took X-rays. Checked for cavities and checked my gums. They said I have deep pockets and will need a deep cleaning. They told me I may as well wait to my teeth cleaned when I get the deep cleaning. Sounded good to me so I agreed. I get up to the front counter and get the quote for $1169!!! I said I can't afford that right now but I'd like to get the regular cleaning. THEY WONT DO IT. They said since a deep cleaning was recommended they won't "do a cleaning less than what was recommended". So since I can't afford a deep cleaning, they won't help keep my teeth in good condition until I can afford the deep clean. While I understand what the best health option is, they are willing to let my teeth degrade because of my financial situation. No offer of signing a waiver stating that "this is below recommended cleaning", I just can't get the option of improved health. I am the client asking for a service and I guess they just don't care. Shame

First time to visit this office. Staff was very nice, polite, friendly & knowledgeable!! My dental hygienist was also very good at her job! Dr Smith is such a nice, caring, understanding dentist asking if I had any concerns about anything! Over all I recommend their dental care!!

This is the greediest dental office I have even been to. I sent them my insurance before I came in and was told that their office is within network. I came in, they did the evaluation and x-ray then was told we are out-of-network Ill have to find another office. Then I call my insurance and they're in-network? What kind of mis-information is this? And the worst of it is that they are not owning up to their mistake. They even refuse to admit its their fault This is now affecting my insurance because I have exceeded the number of evaluation per year, so now I am having to pay out of pocket for an evaluation to actually get me tooth treated. SAVE yourself! There are tons of good dentists in the area, this office is just a complete circus. Patients deserve way better

This was my first time at this dentist, and so far so good. The staff is very friendly and professional. The dentist himself Dr Smith was very clear about the things I might need to do based on the situation.

Outstanding dental service! My only complaint is billing and account accessibility. After numerous calls to dentist office and insurance company the following has been observed: 1. No patient portal to observe account activity. 2. Office personnel cannot answer questions regarding specific account information. 3. Office staff defers to corporate office but is unwilling to provide contact information. 4. In all my many years I have never experienced a business that effectively conceals account information.

Dr. Smith Is absolutely the best dentist around. He is kind, sensitive, personable, and extremely knowledgeable of the newest dental practices and procedures. I have always been treated with dignity & respect by all staff in this office. I trust Dr. Smith for the dental treatment for all of my family.

I visited for a routine cleaning. It was my first visit so it took longer than I expected. All in all, I was there for an hour and a half. The dentist was running behind so I had to leave before getting a chance to see him. The devices for taking x-rays were the most painful I have even experienced in a dentists office. They also took more x-rays than I've ever had in any other dentist's office. I guess they get points for thoroughness.

What I love about come to Dental Care of Pflugerville is it feels like customer service should be. Me and my pfamily are remembered by name and there's such a relaxed, laid back feel in the office. It's not a big deal. It's just friendly and enjoyable!! My son had to get braces and Dr. Smith took really good care of him and encouraged him! The Dental Hygienist are so amazing and professional as well!!!

My name is Patrice not sure why I can only leave a review in my husbands name. But I went into the dentist due to severe pain they said it was only due to my wisdom tooth which they could not pull, fine I have to go to an oral surgeon. I told them the right side of my mouth is just really bad they put temp stuff in my tooth said that will help the pain told me to take some ibuprofen and sent me away. I am still in severe pain barely able to cope can't sleep eat there is pain coming from another spot on the same side at the top which they should have seen on the x ray. The dentist came in for less than 5min. My post might be a jumbled mess but I have brain fog due to the extreme pain I am in. For those that had a good experience here great. But I urge people if its an emergency and you are in severe pain go somewhere else. I wasted money with them now I have to go pay somewhere to get some emergency help until my appointment with the oral surgeon. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN SEVERE PAIN. THEY WILL NOT HELP.

Everyone at DCP was amazing and refreshing, from the front desk staff, to the dentist, to Desirae who assisted with me. She was very personable and awesome. I appreciate the hospitality as well as them being very clear and upfront about the pricing. This is how a clinic should be run, folks. Looking forward to future visits!
