I had a hiccup the first visit. It was remedied the following visits for a crown and it fits perfectly! Dr Patel was very thorough for sure. The staff is also experienced. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating. The massage chair makes the experience also so worth it.

Martha was sweet and calmed my nerves! She gave me the best cleaning I've ever had! 10/10!

The transition between Dr. Gross to Dr. Patel has been messy to say the least. I contacted the office to inquire about my next set of Invisalign trays. After some delay, I was told that my case had expired with Dr. Gross and to restart the treatment under Dr. Patel I would need to pay an additional $3000 after I had already paid for my treatment in full. I, the patient, was then advised to contact Dr. Gross to have my case reinstated. Dr. Patel took over Dr. Gross' practice so why do I, as the patient, have to work out the logistics of having my PAID treatment continued??? This is ridiculously unfair, unprofessional, and I don't recommend this practice AT ALL! Once my paid treatment is completed, I plan to take my business elsewhere.

While the staff was stunningly kind and comforting...the overall attention to detail and care lacked to unreasonable extremes at this office. 1) they ordered my retainer instead of refinements. 2) handed me my refinements to go home without realizing I would need all of my 14 buttons removed and 3-4 new ones set (leading to me having to go back later) 3) they hadn't read my record or maintained a record. 3) left the resin of all the other buttons on my teeth to be removed later at my final final appt. Leaving my teeth jagged where the sanded down buttons were and very much visible when I smiled. 4) went in for my final appt. They said they didn't have the tool to remove the resin after trying to remove it. One of my front teeth are no see-through at the lower part of my tooth. Noted they could remove the remaining resin once my retainer comes in and to just remind them? So no medical records of my visits are kept? I shouldn't have to remind the doctor or team to please remove the abundance resin you put on my teeth? 5) Many weeks later I called for an update. The doctor notes that he just got my Invisalign profile transferred that Monday. It was Friday. Fair enough no worries. 6) 2 or so weeks later I call again for an update on my retainer and they tell me my order was pending my verbal approval of being satisfied. I asked why I hadn't been called sooner? Again just received apologies. I finally tell the front desk member how much this has affected my self esteem and what a nightmare this has been. She apologized. At no point did a manager follow up. 7) I go in to pick up my retainer, the team didn't even acknowledge I still had resin to be removed on my teeth. Which is fine, I scheduled a cleaning at another office. This was an entirely mortifying experience. The kindest staff I've ever encountered with the worst care, attention to detail and follow through I've experienced. It's worth noting that medical records should be kept for all patients to ensure continuity and accuracy of care. This office absolutely does not maintain any form of medical record other than imaging and appt scheduling in my experience. The office has so much potential with the kindness of the team, but goodness...go somewhere else for expensive treatments.

Called for a same day appt. They fit me in. Made me feel welcome from the time I stepped through the door. Dr. Patel and his staff treated me very professional but also with a lot of empathy. Recommend this dentist for everything.

Most thorough and pictorially-verbally informative dental exam I have ever received. I could not ask for more in technology, nor in environment, which is beautifully open-view architecture. The detailed and explanation of costs for prospective service options was also exceptional and reassuring. The process of preparing a tooth for, making and placing a crown was meticulous and precise. Great support technicians. Very friendly place!

An absolute "pleasure." I know it's a dentist and the word pleasure makes no sense, but the staff made me incredibly comfortable and the execution was remarkable. It's not the usual politeness, it's more like "hello friend, how can we help you?" That would be nice by itself, in an average dentists. Then comes the diagnosis and the explanation; the clearest I've ever heard. Then the urgency; they treated me immediately with a root canal infection in progress. Not to mention that I just showed up asking if they would have taken my dental insurance, with no expectation for any immediate care. I'm glad I found Dr Patel and his staff. Thank you

It's been a month since my last visit where they told me they would call me or email me after that to let me know how much it would cost me for implant and when they will be doing it. No calls and email after the visit. I feel they are choosive and considering only few patients. I would have avoided visiting Dental care of Morrisville.

This place did a great job job taking care of my emergency tooth pang. I called them on a Saturday morning and they get me in within an hour and a 1/2 and Took care of the problem as painlessly as possible. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing needing a new dentist dentist and would definitely Be more than willing to return to them in the future.

My only visit they were 2 hours behind. It's been months since that visit where they told me they would call me or email me after that to let me know how much my cleaning would cost. Fast forward a few weeks, no call, no email. I called and we repeat the process. They apologized a bit and told me they would do it that day and call back in a few hours. Nothing. It's been another week. At this point I'll just be going elsewhere.
