We accept most dental insurance plans. If your insurance plan doesnt offer dental coverage or youre unable to afford dental insurance, become a member of our Smile Care Dental Savings Planto receive reduced rates for you or your family.
Additionally, we accept all major credit cards, bank debit cards, cash and checks. You can also finance your treatment through a variety of third-party companies such as CareCredit and Compassionate Finance.

They made my appt very pleasant. Everything from check in to check out was very smooth, they have new management and staff that are very professional and kind. I will always be a patient of this office; I drove 40 minutes just to come here due to many recommendations.

This dental office was amazing!! I was in and out so quickly for my appointment. Both doctors at this office explained my treatment very thoroughly and answered all of the questions I had. Also, both hygienists are incredible! I will definitely be going back to this office. 100% recommend!

I had one of the best dental experiences here! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The hygienist, Olivia, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Murad-Arafat was an incredible dentist. Overall, I loved this dentist office and highly recommend it to everyone!

I did not like this place. I came early for my appointment, and ended up waiting most of the time in the chair and seen by the doctor/hygienist for probably like one minute. I spent a hour there and they did not even end up doing a general cleaning for me and i felt my time was wasted, and this isn't the first time I have left this place unhappy and angry. Not the place for me and I do not recommended. The prices they suggested were ridiculous compared to other places I've heard of and I am aware of this because I know people who work in dentistry.

making my appointment for new patients was easy i'll give them that. I arrived to the office 15 min before my appointment, I filled out some paperwork and had to pay an office copay of $25. no big deal. my appointment was at 2:30 and I didn't leave until 2 hours later. they did not do a routine cleaning barely even looked at my teeth at all. I was only in for my normal 6month cleaning. instead they told me i'd need a $200+ gum drain cleaning for gingivitis which i've never needed before, their reason being that I have a permanent retainer wire that's effecting my gums, i've had this retainer since I was 14 and have never been told this. they took x-rays and I left with none of my teeth cleaned but instead $25 down the drain for me to sit there for 2 hours and them not do anything to my teeth. horrible customer service and rude hygienist. going back to my other dentist for sure even tho it's farther away. waste of time.

Overall the experience was okay but I really don't appreciate or like the prices for the extensive work that I need done on my teeth I mean I don't understand how one tooth to have a root canal on is 2500 for one tooth and for a deep cleaning for gum disease is 1000 dollars without insurance that's insane I really think they need an affordable program for low income or no income people like me cause this is crazy and there's no help anywhere else having united healthcare community plan at all I don't even know how I'm going to get all this dental work done without that kind of money

The worst experience ever. If you walk in here and the older black lady is working at the front desk. Extremely rude never had such a bad experience. She was really rude with a girl that came in before me that had a appointment, The black lady telling her in a very rude tone, That you don't have a appointment. Sitting there filling out my paperwork, I heard everything most disrespectful person. She even had to ask for the manager because the black lady wanted to argue with the young white lady. The black lady has a horrible, pushy and disrespectful attitude. She needs to be fired. I had to walk out because I was so discusted with their unprofessional workers. While the manager came out and did nothing. Very careless manager too. The black lady accused me of slamming my board down with paper work. And making a big screen in front of the other people that were in the waiting room, she kept arguing with me. Then I walked out. I wanted to let any one new going to this dentist to be aware. Walk out before it gets ugly because she will keep arguing. I wish I got her name and I hope she gets fired because of her horrible attitude and unprofessional behavior.

very disappointed in this place, went in for a regular exam and cleaning, they told me i needed deep cleaning, thankfully i was able to get a second opinion and ended up just needing a regular cleaning and everything was good. They wanted to over treat me to make more money.

I never leave reviews! I'm doing this to save anyone from having the same experience I had. I was there for an extraction & this was expressed when I set the Emr appt! My stay was over 4 hours! I was seen for only 15minutes! I left with the same problem I had come in with! I called in advance w/ insurance policy number& cried that it's an EMR & in really bad pain. I thought it was worth it to wait a week until I was in office everything changed. I'm told $600 cleaning must be done & paid for out of pocket or credit or she wouldn't touch my new cavity or extraction!?! She didn't write any form of healing agents for pain. They only were concerned with money & after asking around I found out this is what they traditionally do. They charge you & your insurance! No thank you! I'm still in pain & now I'm talking to others that have had bad experiences as well! My mom was asked for 6 Grand cash for a few things her insurance was to take if as well. I felt so taken advantage of. Just know your insurance is not enough ever! Good luck .. for real pain I hope you treated accordingly at a realistic dentist office.

Was not impressed with this place. The doctor didn't spend enough time with me, didn't explain anything really. Had the office manager give me detailed information about prices, but I have questions for the doctor, not the office manager. The receptionist was on the phone with her car insurance company about how much they covered items and was short and rude. The nurse that took me to the room was unfriendly and rude and argued with me about my insurance covering the x-rays even though i told her the last time i had x rays, couple of weeks ago, at an office that DIDN'T take my insurance. The doctor seems ok but he needs to clean house and have no one but friendly and nice people working for them. They are scaring away patients.

I'm honestly appalled at how I got treated today! I've been coming here for years, I'm NEVER late. Today I was 10 minutes late because m10 was down to 1 lane and I called ahead and informed them I'd be 10 min late and I was told no problem see you soon. I arrive & they refused to see me for being 10 minutes late when I told them I would could wait to be seen because I took an entire day off of work for this because I can only be seen certain days and was also refused. I drove almost an hour, I've sat in the lobby and waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment before and I just absolutely can not believe I was refused for that. The new girls they have working at the front desk are extremely rude and I think it's time for me to find a new dentist!

I went to Dental Care of Michigan on Orchard Lake Road today for a severely infected tooth. They were absolutely awesome. The dental assistant was so caring and compassionate and the dentist (sorry, I forgot names), was straight forward and did what needed to be done to help me. No elaborate dental plans, no trying to talk me into thousands of dollars worth of work, he just did what needed to be done and helped me tremendously. I am so grateful and I found my new dentist.

They where able to get me in fast. The first dentist I saw was rude though. Dr.R was really nice though. Only other issue is that I now have to go to get the remaining numbing agent removed, and they did not provide me with any type of prescription following my extraction.

I'm taken care of each time I visit. The staff are friendly and nice. The denist always remembers me and my daughter and does a great job taking care of our dental needs.
