Very friendly & accommodating staff & receptionists. One of the most thorough teeth cleanings & they took time to answer any questions I had without feeling rushed. Happy I made the switch to this location.

I enjoy the dentist and the dental hygienist that I see, however, it always seems to be the receptionists that can be inappropriate, as I dealt with the receptionist today 11/9, I didn't get her name, but she had long black hair and her eyebrows were painted black and sticking up. She was not nice or professional, this is such a turn off with any establishment to have someone sitting at the front to greet customers yet they don't know how to be professional.

Savana did a fanamonal job taking my x-rays! It was a comfortable environment and I learned so much about my teeth! I'm excited to work towards perfect dental care, so I can share my smile with the world! The office ladies were warm and welcoming! I love my new dental office! I'd recommend to everyone!!!

After moving to Menomonee Falls, I needed a new place to establish dental care, so I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday afternoon. After the many xrays/pictures/screenings they do, they told me I had to get two small fillings. I told them I would take whatever is next available, which happened to be the next Monday, also the next day they're open (since they're closed Friday-Sunday). Perfect and super quick, right? After getting my fillings, I was in a lot of pain on one side of my mouth. I hoped it would get better, but after a week and a half, I called to see what was up. They informed me they could get me in the next day. Again, super quick! I went in and they "adjusted" the filling. It felt better temporarily, but the next day, the pain was back. They told me to wait a couple weeks to call again if the pain continued, so I waited 2 weeks. I called at 5:40 after getting off of work, to which I got the message they were closed (even though they close at 6). I leave a message, they call me back, and I finally get back to them on my lunch break. Keep in mind, I've been in pain for a month now, unable to chew/floss on the right side of my mouth. They inform me the next available time is next Tuesday, 6 days away. I then asked if they would be "adjusting" again, or if they would redo the filling because I simply can't afford to keep taking off of work, to which the receptionist said she had no idea. So after a month of dealing with pain and losing many hours at work, I now have to deal with the pain for another week AND take more time off work (and I don't know if they'll even fix the problem then). To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Update: They had a cancelation and were able to get me in a day earlier. After going in, they saw that the filling had not bonded correctly so they redid it. Hopefully this solves everything and I don't have to take any more time off of work for this!

Great place, great prices, and friendly people, just wish I could actually meet with my new dentist. If she can't take the time to meet her clients, then I will find another dentist.

They're always really nice, they keep conversations going with you too so that's nice! They let me know what we're doing and give me advice and tips on how to keep my gums strong. I haven't had any issues, so if you do and it's often.. pretty good chance you're the problem. Overall, GREAT SERVICE !! Keep doing awesome, Menomonee Falls Dental !!

First Appointment. Great introduction, thorough explanation of what would be done today in a relaxed, assuring and professional conversation. I felt VERY comfortable and that comfort was conveyed as important by both the hygienist and doctor. Appointment for cleaning is next. Great experience!

I have struggled with dental anxiety for years. I have had bad experiences and have not been able to find a dentist. Today I had tooth pain and they were able to get me in right away. I have never experienced such amazing bedside manner and a dentist that actually respects my anxiety and will do what ever it takes to save and fix my teethe issues. I would recommend them to anyone. Sirisha Gogineni changed my whole view about dentist. Thank you so much for the wonderful care you provided me today.
