Iam frst time patient called them cause I couldn't get a emergency appointment with my regular dentist they were able to get me right in the same day and also took care of my need. The staff was pleasant nd friendly. Would definitely go back or maybe become a new patient

I don't know where to begin....first let me start off by saying God Bless Deborah!! No one in the world is more anxious when it comes to seeing a dentist than I am! The entire team was A1 & that's an understatement. The dentist came in, examined my mouth/teeth & made me feel extremely comfortable while discussing a plan to get me on the right track to better oral health!! Now with a plan established I will be trusting in these guys to get me right! If anyone is out here afraid, nervous, & looking for a place to call home for your dental needs....I would completely recommend this establishment. Professionalism along with compassion at its finest!!!

All who are searching for a great place for their dental care needs should hurry and make an appointment at Dental Care of Lightfoot in Williamsburg VA. I just had an unbelievable experience from the time I opened their front door! All the staff are super friendly and very professional! Regardless of any knowledge of terminology in Dentistry that you may have, they explain everything clearly using state of the art technology while always making sure your feeling very comfortable I personally recommend Dental Care of Lightfoot to anyone or everyone!!!!

Today was new patient appointment. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The best part is that they seem to be competent. I was able to ask lots of questions, and they will address my concerns. Thank you Dental Care of Lightfoot.

Staff is wonderful, friendly and courteous. My dental cleaning was thorough and gentle. All my questions were answered and very helpful suggestion were given to aid in maintaining my dental health. As one who was afraid of the dentist for most of my life, Dental care of Lightfoot has helped me be at ease going to the dentist.

Scheduled an appointment when I go to show up for the appointment they tell me my appointment has been cancelled for no reason. DO NOT RECOMMEND SAVE YOUR TIME!!!

Went for an emergency visit and needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled. The procedure was started but couldn't be completed. I left having to go to an oral surgeon. Other than that, the people there are awesome and very friendly. They've been great during all my other visits.

Refused to release the records of our military family that moves a lot, and I admittedly posted a low review due to scheduling issues a couple weeks back (I made an appt for my son in July and it was rescheduled the day before and moved to MARCH), but after my first visit, I saw that staffing etc. was a problem and deleted it as a courtesy to their kind and helpful staff. 3 days after a wonderful appointment, we were again met with text messages asking to move my other children's appointments to a different day (a day that was supposed to be a travel/Thanksgiving vacation day for us) because their doctor "doesn't work that early". I have personally chosen to try a different dentist for myself (i need immediate work), and just can't place my medical care into the hands of a group that has these types of perpetual issues with something as like their scheduling/availability. Disgusting people with worse business acumen.

Dental Care of Lightfoot; their name fits, they were all so caring, understanding, and willing to work with me on scheduling my dental work so that I would be able to pay as I go. Thank you to all the staff for your help and explaining everythng to me today, everyone there was wonderful!!
