I went in for teeth cleaning with Shirley.. She's the best! Always very friendly and very careful not to cause any pain. Front office staff is also always excellent.

I have been going To Dental Care of LA Verne for some time, the staff is friendly and Linda is great. I get my teeth cleaned every 3-4 months, and they do a good cleaning job. my teeth don't bleeding anymore and no swelling around my gums.

BEST TRIP TO THE DENTIST EVER! I have been coming to this dentist since they opened, Linda always does a great job getting me in to see the Dentist and reminding me of my appointments. Dr. Franco was just Fantastic today, she fixed one of my front teeth that was chipped, It looks like brand new again! Young Dr. Franco has a very promising career ahead of her! great Dentistry runs deep in the family. Thank you for taking the time this morning to make my tooth perfect again. Bill

I have been Going to dental care of Laverne for so long now I can't remember how many years It has been. It's probably at least 10 to 12 years. This is my painless dentist. I can actually say that I enjoy going to the dentist. I am very comfortable Getting work done here. The staff And the dentist are Great. Hopefully you find your experience as pleasant as mine is.

I love Dental Care of La Verne! All the staff there are so sweet and friendly! Dr. Franco is the best. They are so gentle. I've been going there for years and will continue to go there. I highly recommend them!

I love this place , my wife's been coming here for years and she brought me on board. The staff here ("all the wonderful ladies") is amazing, they do everything they can to give you a great and positive visit every time you're there . I've had some repeated visits and i don't have anything negative to say , I would highly recommend this place to anyone .

I have Anxiety, the dental hygienist who cleans my teeth is very kind and calming. I've been coming here for at least 13 years! Feel very comfortable!

Love them! I've been coming to this dental practice for many years. I've always been treated with respect, patience, flexibility, kindness and compassion. From the administrative support team, esp. Lynda and Angie, to the hygienists and dentists I have recieved high quality care and services. The office is spacious, clean and comfortable. Covid 19 compliant. Again, love them! I even travel from the Running Springs to La Verne!

They were a great team and their synergy made the experience actually enjoyable. They were so sweet that they may have given me cavities, guess I will have to make another appointment...

Worst place would not clean my teeth unless I paid out of pocket for antibiotic. Wanted to charge me over 1000.00 for a crown.when I called my insurance they told me it was covered. I told them it it was covered then they found an excuse to no longer do the work. They were very rude. They team up to say bad things about the patient then find an excuse to no longer do the work. Very unethical!!!

Let me preface this by saying I take very good care of my teeth. I just have poor genetics when it comes to teeth. Pretty disappointed. I had 2 crowns done here and they were placed poorly and now I need them replaced. Both had large margins which have caused many issues. They are two years old! (I'm not a dentist, so I rely on their expertise to explain why I'm in pain and what to do.) Extremely dissatisfied with my service and the quality of work. I will not be returning.

If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. This dental office is a sham, overcharges, bills erroneously and upsells in very unethical manner. My girlfriend and I chose this place for our benefits and began with initial full exam then accepted to do all the work the tech and then the dentist told us we needed. As it turns out, with confirmation by our insurance company and another dental practice as second opinion, both of us were upsold on numerous unnecessary and expensive procedures... had we not learned about this as soon as we did, we would have paid thousands in unnecessary procedures. It was our insurance company who first took notice about procedures and charges for my girlfriend on her first of 2 visits the dental office wanted her to make in order to do all the work they suggested. I then inquired about my services and we found a billing error. I asked for the billing codes but got the run around via email, phone, etc, for days. Eventually got the owner dentist involved and she and I together went through my records there in the office. She outright lied about billing considerations despite both of us looking at the same information on the computer together. It was escalated to a third party auditor who investigated then contacted me with her conclusion that the dentist was wrong. We immediately changed to another dental office and upon our initial exam with the new dentist, he informed us that the prior dentist was recommending all kinds of work which was unnecessary [such as caps that will certainly fall off, among other expensive procedures] or not useful. Have been using the new and ethical dentist since then. Hadn't had any of the other unnecessary work that this first crook of a dentist tried to sell us, and our teeth are healthy as can be. Could not more strongly recommend that you AVOID this place. It has a high number of elderly patients as well and so it would seem that they might be preying on a vulnerable group with all of the upselling and billing irregularities we personally observed. We have communicated this to certain organizations for investigation.

This is the worst place! They rip you off they charged me 700$ for a cleaning ?? What the heck! And then they keep telling me different prices? And last minute charges! Do not go here ! The dentist break your teeth, they over charge, and the service is horrible. STAY AWAY! If I could give a 0 star I would!
