This was the most terrifying dental experience of my life and not because most of it was spent with the individual working on me watching a reality house wives show. I went on for a small chip in my tooth. They without my consent drilled off over 2/3 of my front tooth and then showed me in the mirror. When I started crying and asked why she would do that to me she said she would not move forward with the dental work and send me home if I was going to be emotional. The tooth of course has cracked down the middle since then. All for a chip no one would have noticed but me. She also filled two cavities in teeth I told her I didn't have cavities in (I had just been to a dentist two weeks earlier) she gave me fillings and afterwards told me I did not have cavities but she felt I would eventually get them so she filled them. I was shaking the whole time. Please do yourself the favor of not putting yourself in the situation I did.

Terrible! Each time I go, I have an appointment and every time I'm left upfront for almost 45 minutes because they have no one at the desk! This is the 3rd time that I've had an appointment and not a single staff member came upfront to sign me in. The young girl at the desk barley talks to patients and constantly has an attitude or a look on her face as if she doesn't want to be there. I completely understand being short staffed but don't book appointments if you don't have time to see all the patients you booked

Awful and I sincerely mean that. Dr. Nash almost had me passed out after numbing me. The dental assistant that was a teenager did an impression and pulled my permanent crown off. Please do not come here, ever. It's a chop shop.

Everyone was SO nice! They were on-time, thorough and the dentist herself spent a lot of time with me discussing my options with a broken veneer. They also helped me understand my insurance snd the best financial situation. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

I had an appointment with another dentistry missed it called to get it rescheduled the earliest they had was September I've been trying to get my dentures for 6 months , dental care of HOPEWELL took care of it in 3wks while I'm still waiting for a follow up with the other office. Besides how fast they work the friendly demeanor & professionalism is top tier & genuine. These people love what they do & take pride in their work definitely the best dental office in the Mercer county area!

Great experience from the hygienist and the X-RAY tech but the doctor was rude and condescending, I hope he learns how to treat people , cuz not all of us had the privilege of being taught dental hygiene & a lot of us come from trauma and years of poverty to sit in a chair and feel demeaned , I had a panic attack during my cleaning and debated for literal hours on if I should post this , I'm seriously debating on returning again just because of his snarky condescending demeanor. Posted this on an account without my real name til I can get in touch with an office manager or someone who I can talk to about this issue .

They put in a filling and it fell out within 6 months. They rushed fixing it, hurt me because didn't wait for my mouth to go numb, and gave me attitude about having to fill it again. It hasn't even been two months and it's starting to hurt/fall out again. Never experienced anything like this ever before.

Dr Nash kept me there for 8 hours one day. He didn't finish, but they didn't tell me that. I have been 7 months with few teeth, uncapped root canals, a fitting but bad looking upper, & a painful lower that I can't wear. I can't get in touch with them any more. They took $11,000. & didn't finish any thing. They held me hostage over a root canal I didn't know had to be done, for another $2000. This place in horrible. It is owned by a corporation. They just want your money.

Bring back Dr. Nash! Staff actually showed up on time & were very outgoing & friendly. The staff now is terrible. I've had the same crown come out TWICE. And when the dental hygienist noticed tooth decay on the tooth next to the one he was working on, he actually said "it's ok". Wait...what!?! Is he not aware the problem only gets worse, it doesn't correct itself. smh This happened on a Tuesday last month. I went in the next day & saw a different dentist & expressed my concern. He immediately corrected the issue, re-cemented my crown which is fine, but now it's Friday & I'm back because it came out again this morning. On the website it says they open at 8:00am so I hurry up & get here by 7:50am...it's now 8:45am & not an employee in sight. Another patient has been here waiting as well. What is the corporate number? This is ridiculous!
