Worst dentist ever. Had a temporary cap that fell off in a few days and also the dentist didn't fully numb me and I was trying to let her know that I can feel it and that it hurt but instead she told me to just open my mouth and stay still.

This place is amazing in my honest opinion. Workers are very friendly the Dentists make sure you are comfortable and happy with results. Example today I went to see a Dentist I've never been scheduled with he did my theee fillings I was there for and I mentioned to him that my teeth on my left side were messing with my bite, Dr. Y is to be exact. He listened to me asked me to open wide grind saw the problem and immediately fixed my bite without telling me to make a future appointment and such. This spoke volumes to me and I'm very much appreciative to Dr: Unis for relieving me of the discomfort.

Staff is forgetful, doctor is always in a speeding around, over priced, and now after 6 months there saying my insurance didn't pay, after my last visit they told me that I was all paid up, I would not recommend this office if you want good reliable and honest work done

This place is a joke... My 1st appt. they cancelled once I got there and did not explain why. My 2nd appt. I waited over an hour to be told they might not get to me that day. The 3rd appt . they left a msg on my voicemail an hr before my appt. that they are running late, so I called them to find out exactly what that means.. Again they say they "might" not get to me that day. Mind you all of this for TWO FILLINGS... They are rude, unprofessional and obviously can not run a office...

They keep sending me a bill for money I do not owe. I saw them once many years ago and my insurance covered the visit 100%. Not only that, but they didn't actually do the cleaning I was there for.

2nd time that this place canceled an appointment the same day and minutes before of arrival. They didn't contact me letting me know the reason. The soonest appointment available is within 2-3 months... Very disappointed!!!

This office continues to cancel appointments and send out inaccurate text messages for new times. This is the third time, I have had an appointment canceled and "reschedule" via text only to find out after rearranging work plans that the office was closed and no one was available to answer my call. I finally go someone on the phone today who was able to explain some of what had happened. The bottom line is this office has a total disregard for patient's personal time, allowing them to show up for appointments when there are none to be had due to no staffing. I understand that everyone is short staff in the world today, but having the common courtesy and respect for someone's time goes a long way. At this point I do not recommend this office to anyone.

Great service and friendly staff.. helping me put a smile back on my face.. they have gone over and beyond to help me get work done that I need to get done, I highly recommend, best dentist I've ever been to..

i have never been to this place but they charged me $1 for service. i never got a bill from them until today. the bills states im 4 months late and havecaccumlated 6 dolars in my bill and my bill.is past due for collection. are things so bad that even dentist have to steal? look like collection agency fraud. they try to build up enough past due accounts and sell them.in bulk to collection agency. really sad practice. you dont think a good dental company would do this. going to call this scam.dentist monday. i can only imagone who i talk to

I was looking for a new dentist for my kids. I figured let me try here since it's close to home. Made an appointment for check up and cleaning. After waiting for over an hour , they called my kids back. Then they tell me , we only took X-rays today , you have to come back for cleaning. I make the appointment, they said they have to cancel it. I make another appointment for a month out. They just called to cancel it. This place a joke, don't waste your time trying to come here. I wish I could leave negative stars!!!

I highly don't recommend this office for bleaching or any other services paid out of pocket. They may be the cheapest around so you get what you pay for. Trays for bleaching were supposed to be done a week or two after procedure but didn't recieve notification of completion of trays for 2 months. I didn't notice a difference in shade change and gums were burned in process so couldn't go further than 2 sessions. Records are manipulated to indicate a 3rd session was done however it wasn't. At the very least, they won't even offer a discount to redo process so I'm never returning to this office again.

My appointment was canceled when I checked in upon arrival. This was after I received an email and text to confirm the appointment. Very disappointed with the poor communication, especially since I had to take time off from work. They could not even reschedule me while I was there.

My whole family has had infections from the dentists over there! In fact my son has 5 infected teeth at the moment!!! They never answer the phone nor do they return phone calls! One star is too many! We are stuck finishing up crowns there bc our insurance pd for them once and the dentist put them on wrong which caused all the problems! AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!

I set up a dentist appointment and when I came in I was set to be worked on after calling out of work mentioning extreme pain and discomfort however after 45 minutes they decided they couldn't take me in after sitting me,X-rays,& guaranteeing to fix my tooth on that day.Very unprofessional dentist

I started with Dental Care of Hammonton when Dr. Ghandi was the dentist. I loved her! And, I miss her. I gave them a chance once they moved into the new office and Dr. Ghandi was no longer there. (No one ever informed me she left.) I've had about 5 appointments in that time and each time, I'm more and more disappointed. So far, all I've needed were xrays and cleanings. The hygenists in the new office are rough. Dr. Pettisani is nice enough but not Dr. Ghandi. My last appointment ran an hour and a half late (I took time from work to be there) and when i checked in all they told me was that they were running a few minutes behind; I almost walked out. The last straw was this week when I needed to reschedule my appointment. For two days, I tried to call. No one is answering the phone and no one returned any of my messages. I just emailed them to *cancel* my appointment. I'll be looking for a new dentist. Wish I could find where Dr. Ghandi went!

This office takes care of the dental needs of my entire family. The staff are friendly, hardworking and excellent. Marilee Is the best. She always asks about my family, she always remembers everything we talk about even if it's been months since I've last seen her. She adds a personal touch that is very needed in healthcare.
