Not happy at all with this place!!! I made an appointment because I had a back tooth that was hurting badly!! When they looked at teeth the said that I needed to have descaling done first!!!!!???????. 1st of all, they did not at all fix my problem. Then to have me make appt for descaling when my teeth are in very good condition..? No recommendation at all!!!

I had a wisdom tooth causing me lots of pain and they got me in the office quickly and got it removed in under 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful.

The staffing friendly but I've been dealing with two years of unpaid bills I was told was in network. Come to find out my ortho is but dentist is not! The girls are always busy ask everytime about it but never gets cleared up. Meantime I am diagnosed with cancer working two jobs and noone warned me the claims were rejected due to out of network. I guess I'm on the hook with bills I can't pay and insurance that could have paid them. Im at with end sorting this out! Help.

I have been waiting almost a week for a return phone call. I received dentures that don't fit and the dentist states there's nothing he can do about it.

I was very impressed with people at the front. Very friendly and happy. Emily was very friendly and happy. Great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was very friendly as well and both were very thorough.

Our family uses this office for Ortho (both Invisalign and braces) and dental care, and will discontinue to use after this round of ortho is complete. I've been owed a significant refund (that 1/3 of which was refunded 4 months later) for over half a year. I have left numerous messages for management to give me a call (emails, through the text, in office, over the phone) along with my phone number and have YET to receive a call back! I would love to change this back to a 5 star review, but the management seems careless, especially after spending thousands of dollars prior to services. At this time, I recommend one of the other dentists locally and will update should I ever get my refund.

Made appointments for my children 3 months ago asked if they took their insurance was told yes then the day before their appointments find out they don't take their insurance very unprofessional especially since my son has been having problems with his wisdom teeth!!!!

This place is awful. Couldn't get any phone calls back from their scheduling manager about why my appointment was cancelled. My wife just showed up for an appointment and it was cancelled without notification because they "don't have a dentist"

Started with an X-Ray going around my head. This was nice. Then she wanted me to put this piece of plastic with a metal rod into my mouth, this made me gag. I decided to walk out. No way that was going in my mouth. I remember a small piece going back into my mouth witch made me gag a little, but this one was larger. I believe I can fine a dentist with smaller equipment.

Dental Care of Greencastle is a wonderful dentist office. Everyone in the office is so kind and always worked with me so I could make appointments without missing work. I often wondered how so many amazing women could all be in one office. I would highly recommend Dental Care of Greencastle to anyone looking for quality dental care.
