The people that work at this office are so accommodating and thorough. Every single staff member was a pleasure to work with. They had my sons x rays, cleaning, mouth check, fluoride treatment, and a thorough treatment plan they went over with me in detail after the visit. They invited me in to see his x-rays and discuss with the Dr where we were at for oral care currently and her plan of attack- that REALLY impressed me. All of this in an hour. I decided while there to line my daughter up with a visit for the following week. They went above and beyond to solve an insurance headache for me and their kindness is exactly why we will be back for years to come. We were new patients, and I found it easy to schedule with them, they got me in within 2 weeks, and provided top notch care when we got there. Don't hesitate to see these guys, they are transparent accommodating, kind, and thorough.

I was looking for a dental office that treated patients kindly and with care concern and respect - THIS place covers all that and then some! I recently moved state to state and was very worried about finding a new dentist and dental " family"- I'm so happy I made the decision to give them a try- I won't be looking any further- Highly recommend them!!

Super great dentist office!! It's been a while since I've been to a dentist, and I was really nervous about it, but everyone there was extremely kind and calming and non-judge mental. Everyone kept me really involved during the exam and visit, explaining what they were doing and talking about, and including me in coming up with a plan of treatment. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone!

Nice, clean, modern. The staff is excellent and friendly. Dr Patch is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I'm very comfortable going to Dental Care of Grafton.

Strange dental appointment Dental assistant said she forgot how to put the mouthpiece in and kept holding the x-ray machine near my head I think she was joking around. I felt so uncomfortable never going there again.

Very friendly care from front office staff to hygienists and Doctors. Very open to listening to concerns and always keep patient safety and comfort in mind. Very happy to call them my dentist office.

This team is the best I have ever experienced!!!! They truly care about you as a patient and your oral health. I have been very hesitant to see a dentist because I knew that I had serious issues because of the treatment for a serious health issue. They have worked with me on a treatment plan, I never expected this. To say that this team is awesome is a total understatement!!!!!! They are better than the best because they care about YOU!!!!

Probably the best dental experience I've ever had! Seriously! I chipped a front tooth. I'm very particular about my teeth. Being a new patient with State Insurance which they do NOT accept they had a special where I got the exam X-rays and consultation for $1. I was able to get the tooth filled. It looks just like it did before it was chipped! They did the fill in a half hour right there at my appointment for less than $350 without insurance! They're all super friendly and helpful and informative and good-natured. I absolutely loved the dental hygienist and the dentist that I saw, all the staff was great honestly! Photo is after repair

My filling broke and I was in unbearable pain for 24 hours! After an ER visit at 2am for novacaine shots to subside the pain until the clinic opened at 7am, which only lasted 2 hours and the pain came back with a vengeance! I'd never been to Dental Care of Grafton, but they answered at 7am, they accepted me as a walk in and took the most amazing care of me, as I'm so fearful of dental procedures even at 36 years old, they were calm and kind, understanding and sympathetic, precise and careful, and the quality along with their chair side manor was outstanding! Even though don't take my insurance, I didn't care, I was happy to pay out of pocket for their quality of work and their compassion towards their clients! Thank You!
