I was in severe pain. I called at 8:15 and they got me in at 9:00. They made me feel better and got me scheduled for a root canal the same day. I am from Michigan and just randomly chose them from the internet. This place is wonderful, very professional and very efficient. 5 stars

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do a Periodic evaluation including root cleaning and (Ivy) the hygienist did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Thanks to Dental Care of Davenport !!

Wow, todays Visit went super well, very minimum to no pain and competed in a timely manner. The staff (esp. Ashley) we're super sensitive to my treatment and display support through the process. I had lots of questions and they had all the answers and displayed confidence is their answers. Looking forward in continuing my treatment and would highly recommend. If you think this is all, not at all. When it was time to charge for the treatment they notify me that I had a credit from my last visit (2021)now that is what you call full service at its best.

Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and dentist were beyond amazing. Each person was sincere and caring and made me feel completely at ease. Billing was thorougly explained up front which was also a huge plus. I have high anxiety when going to the dentist and left the office feeling as if I'm apart of the family there. Would highly recommend!

The best care I have received in years. Finally, a place where they care about you and your well being. All of the personnel treated me with compassion and care considering the situation I was in. They worked efficiently and helped me, took care of me and I was a walk in patient for a root canal. God Bless everyone, excellent care!

I have never experienced a dentist that won't just do a basic cleaning on your teeth. They made it very technical unnecessarily. They must also have a deal With Invisalign because they try to sell that service really hard. It takes up so much time and makes your visit much longer than it has to be. I don't like to be sold something when I'm just there to take care of my teeth after a long time of not being able to see a dentist due to the pandemic. I might not go back.

The whole front office is confused all the time, I've been going here for about 3 years and every single time I've gone they have given me a problem. Just yesterday I had one of the hygienist give me nothing but attitude and tell me that's it's up to me to verify my insurance when they should be doing it every time a patient comes in. Go to different dentist save yourself the frustration and time.

Amazing! My goal is to get my teeth straight and healthy by age 35 lol and I really feel this doctor is going to get me there. Got my root canal and crown today and I'm happy with the outcome exited for my permanent crown in 3 weeks I've been to many dentist trying to get the molar pulled but he explained why that isn't the best option and he made me feel so comfortable I stopped fighting it and got it fixed after 3 years I'll be able to chew on that side again thank you! Kamila was great to talk to funny attentive the whole staff is awesome and I can understand why! They work for an amazing dentist that is just as cool as they are. The world is short staffed be patient be kind and you'll see how amazing this crew is.

First time here and was very welcoming. I was nervous at first but one of the workers named Navi helped cure that. Everyone else including the doctor was nice, clear and understanding. Definitely recommend this place if you live in the area.

Read the negative reviews. They are not an exaggeration. These were the issues I encountered. Despite collecting my insurance information beforehand, which allows them to know exactly what the insurance will pay, you will get a surprise bill months later to cover what the insurance "didn't" cover. Whatever you "need", it will be the most expensive option. Also, you will no doubt need Invisalign to correct your normal teeth. Surprisingly, my wife and I needed it, and it would have been between $5-6 grand for both of us, in addition to the hundreds of other dollars in other "services" we needed, despite having top-notch insurance. They constantly send email and text appointment reminders, sometimes multiples times per day, and then they start calling when the appointment close. It's really annoying. I have a calendar. I don't need an overbearing dentist-nanny. One reminder would suffice. They are clearly all about the money! The last time I had a cleaning 7 months prior at a different dentist, I paid the deductible and nothing more, with the same insurance. This time, a cleaning and a basic filling cost hundreds of dollars extra. A few months later, I received a surprise bill for about $70, supposedly to cover what the insurance didn't pay. Without insurance, a basic filling is about $150. It was as if I didn't have insurance! So, even if you have insurance, be prepared to pay as if you don't. For some reason, they knew exactly what my insurance would pay for the Invisalign, but supposedly had no idea what it would pay for a run-of-the-mill filling. They even had an application for credit ready just in case I didn't have the funds to cover what the insurance wouldn't for the Invisalign. How convenient. They are all about the money. Be prepared to spend hours for basic services. They forget about you after taking you back. The Invisalign pitch, the exam, and a cleaning took over 4 hours. Once they remember you, they scan your teeth for Invisalign and then spend a good amount of time telling your why you need it at $5-6K. I thought they were doing the scans dentists usually do prior to performing any work. Nope. That came after the hard sell for Invisalign. Pretty much everyone who works there has Invisalign, which I imagine is a sales tactic. Could it be that so many people who work at one dentist's office have such bad teeth? RE Response from Owner on July 1: I did discuss these matters with one of your representatives before writing this review. She was rude, uncooperative, juvenile, and would not let me address my concerns. Each time I did try to speak, she would cut me off and then accuse me of cutting her off and do so with an adolescent sigh. As for your generalized, sterile response professing you're so sorry for my experience and that you really want the opportunity to hear from me to make things right, you have my phone number, so why didn't you call if your patients are so important to you? You also have my physical and email address. Could you not have written me and put your money where your mouth is instead of writing a response that makes you appear as if you do care? As I said in my initial review, you guys are all about the money. It's July 30, and I've not heard from them. They say they are so sorry about my experience and want to discuss it further, but I guess it's too much trouble to call or email me.

I have been a client for two years, my whole family has been using this service. While I had an emergency (my crowns had come off) they would not help, even though I came a few minutes after the store opened. Once I finally had gotten an appointment they took almost an hour to glued my crowns back. Really dissatisfied with the experience.
