Dr. Tran and team at Citrus Grove dental is very carrying and gentle, which is good for me as I have an extreme phobia of dental procedures. The one and only downside is a recent change in appointment policy where a non refundable $200 deposit is required to book an appointment. Of course that deposit applies to the overall balance of your bill in the end but it was a bit surprising and steep. But still a good dentist. I've recommended many to their service.

Dr. Tran and her staff are amazing! I was afraid of going to the dentist but when I saw how they treated my husband, I decided to go for myself and it was and has been the best decision ever! Love this place!

This is the greatest dentist office I've ever been to. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, caring and efficient. I would recommend anyone go there and see for yourself. I've dreaded dentist offices my whole life and now I wouldn't wanna go anywhere else.

It was a very odd experience here. I may be willing to change the review rating but it will require an explanation as to what happened and why. I went in for a basic cleaning for $79 bucks. They did X-rays, photographs and some sort of digital mapping to show bite and clench spots on the teeth. They found that I had some issues below the surface of my gums and it would require a "deep cleaning service". ...Okay that's fine I get that, ya never know what might come up. Everyone's medical situations and mouths are different. Turns out the cost of the deep cleaning and sealants are around $1,000 with a membership to a discount program they offer. Again, Okay fine, I don't expect medical services to be free. But..I wasn't prepared to drop $1,000 on a cleaning on this particular day. so I decided to wait and look into adding dental insurance to my plan to see if that would be cheaper before I just come all out of pocket in a rush. So I just decided "let's just finish up with the basic cleaning and that will be that for today's visit. I'll come back for the deep clean once I figure the insurance out". ...but this is where it gets odd. I am told if I want to do the basic cleaning that I will have to come back in 3 hours. Or that there's an appointment available for the next day in mid afternoon. Now I'm already laid back in the chair, have had my teeth checked, dental tools already dirty with my mouth germs, bib still around my neck. And I'm literally there on a scheduled basic teeth cleaning appointment.. So why am I being told that I will need to come back another time to have the cleaning done? So, I got up. They walked me to the front desk, I was billed $60 for a basic exam (not what I came in for) and told that if I decided to come back for the cleaning that it would be the remaining $19 bucks for that service. So basically I had made an appointment for a basic cleaning and showed up. Went thru all the pre-motions including two types of X-ray machines, a doctor and a hygienist each with dental tools in my mouth, pictures, a scanned and built up 3D virtual image of my teeth....all of which took 2 hours....only to... then have to leave there paying for a basic exam and got no cleaning. And have to go back another time, rearrange my schedule to make it work, and pay the balance. Very, very, strange. And a huge inconvenience. So unless someone can explain why I am sitting up writing this review, scratching my head at 4am still wondering just what the heck happened...I gotta leave this as a 1 rating. Very pleasant folks to interact with otherwise.

My husband had his 1st visit today and has only great things to say. The staff as well as the dentist were pleasant, friendly, and very professional. They went beyond to help with forms of payment which the pricing is very reasonable compared to other offices and the reschedule time was surprisingly quick. Looking forward to getting the work done. This office was highly recommended and they didn't disappoint.

Being new to the area I chose Dental Care of Citrus Groves randomly due to their convenient location by Frys. What a fantastic choice! I needed a routine exam and also an issue taken care of. This office has the absolute latest in dental technolgy. Dr. Chaudhry and the entire staff treated me with care and courtesy throughout the entire process. Highly recommend and will refer others. Thanks

This office runs sooo smooth, Dr.Charles Helms is hands down an awesome sauce dentist who takes his time and explains everything. Very entertaining to chat with as well, his whole team is extremely professional. I've been there like 7times and I never need to wait to be taken. They run on time, the team in the front starting from the guy with the glasses from the checkout person also a guy (sorry didn't get their names) are so nice and professional. A+++

Chris was one of the best hygienists I've had since being a patient at Citrus Grove Dental for the last 2 years. He was gentle and didn't try to sell me unnecessary treatments.

The care team is fantastic and all the staff is so wonderful, caring and courteous. I love everything about them. They explain very well the procedure and cost involved. The customer care service is a total part of their culture.. All staff is fantastic. If I could I would give them a 10+. Highly recommended.

Loved my experience here. I recently moved back to the Valley & was on the hunt for a new dentist. Booking an appointment was super easy with their online system. The entire team was super welcoming and friendly. I'm actually looking forward to my next dental cleaning in 6 months.
