Dental Care of Bryans Road located in Charles County, Maryland. We are open Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm, and Saturdays as well! My experience with the staffing and doctors have always been amazing. I have been going on a year long journey with them to redo my whole mouth. I have a whole new set of theeth. Every appointment during and after covid I knew that it was a clean and sterile environment, everyone is kind and accommodating. I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere, and everyone there has definitely helped cure my hated of going to the dentist. Because they listened and I know we're not done thank you guys so much.

Love the technicians. They have done a very good job with my dental work. A few problems with scheduling and their billing system needs a little work.

I'm writing this as my daughter is being treated for by the Dentist and the staff and as a parent I am absolutely and completely confident and appreciative of the way they are handling her first dental procedure. The staff made the entire process so kid friendly and treated my lol one with the gentlest of kid gloves. The procedure went off with an ouch or a cry. If that were me i would have raised a hand or 2 but they treated the my child with so much respect and patience. I applaud them and appreciate the level of service. I will continue to support this dental office and staff.

The front door is LOCKED and you can only enter if you have an appointment. Someone will open the door and let you in, if permitted. The dentist and dental assistants are nice and friendly. The office staff/personnel seem like you are bothering them by being there. Oh well.

Staff are always friendly and courteous! I've never had a long wait after arriving for my appointments and things are always organized and efficient. The dentist is informative and ensures that patients are comfortable during treatment. I really appreciate that! I am very impressed with the service provided! It's a breath of fresh air from my previous dental provider.

I've been going to this Dental office for many years and I have never had a problem with the dental work. Everyone who has ever worked on me has been very friendly and professional and I appreciate that. I like going to a place where I have confidence in the care I receive. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because at my most recent appointment I asked for but was refused a prescription for antibiotics because I've had 4 joint replacements and my surgeons have said I should always take antibiotics prior to dental work going forward. I was told by the dental office that I would have to ask my surgeons for this prescription. I may have to rethink continuing at this dental practice. I would think they would provide the prescription if they want me to feel comfortable continuing to come to them.

Was not told of new Hygienist , but the new DDS , was very thorough , didn't expect the new treatment i got , was a bit uncomfortable , but i guess necessary , but i would say they are looking out for the customer best interest , very polite and professional .
