Unprofessional, unethical, and sleazy-salesy. Friday night my front tooth cracked for no apparent reason so Saturday I was in search of a dental office that is open. I called this office and a very nice receptionist answered the phone. She said doc is not in and she can schedule me for next Friday. I've explained that I'm very stressed out because my teeth are falling apart and I need to see someone ASAP, I haven't tried eating yet so not sure if it's painful (as it turned out it was). She said to wait and a few minutes later after talking to someone said they can take me in. What a nice dental practice, I thought, she asked the doctor to come in or maybe the doc was already there and decided to make an exception for my medical emergency! I finally found a perfect dental practice! I came in, filled out paperwork and a strange thing, receptionist asked me to show my teeth to her in the waiting room in front of other patient sitting there. I obliged, but felt bad. A few minutes of waiting a nurse took me to an exam room, asked me to explain what is happening. I told her that my tooth started cracking and I have pain when I eat and drink. She asked me to open my mouth and show her my teeth, then nodded and asked me if I have a night guard. No, I don't. She brought in a sample of night guard, invisiline for the day wear and said I will need these. She also mentioned they won't be taking ex-ray today. Then she started talking about the color of my teeth, how yellow they were (even though it's my natural color and not bad) and said if I ever want to make them whiter they can do that. And in fact veneers is a great solution to my cracked tooth problem! Apparently she strongly advises against the other repairs and recommends veneers for my case. I was very confused why a nurse is talking to me about this, I was expecting to see a doctor. I've asked to see the cost of both options hoping that the doc will come in soon. Then the receptionist came and asked me how old I was (strange question...) and after my answer said that since I'm young and pretty (hmmm..) they will give me a VERY GOOD discount on a set of 4 veneers (I guess if you're not young or pretty they don't give you discounts, so be aware of discrimination based on your age and looks...). Then she said that other repair option is very expensive and won't be covered by insurance and she has so much experience in this, she knows without checking, and she strongly advises to do veneers. I was in shock. A nurse and a receptionist, not a licensed doctor, just advised me on a treatment plan for my medical emergency! I've asked to see a doctor. Apparently the doctor is off and wasn't in today. To my questions why did they make an appointment for me today knowing I have a cracked tooth and need medical assistance and wasting my time when I could've gone to a clinic where they can help me the receptionist said she told me the doctor is not in before. Yes, before she took a few minutes talking to someone and I was under the assumption it was a doctor! Saturday afternoon wasted, all clinics that were open on Saturday by the time I was done, closed. Here i am writing a review with a cracked tooth and not able to eat properly because they wanted to sell me veneers and make some money at an expense of a suffering person! Unprofessional, unethical, just plain wrong taking advantage of people in need of urgent dental care.

I have been working on my upper teeth for several years as I have advanced gum disease. Then I relocated from NJ to CA recently and had to find a new provider to work with. There is a younger dentist there now who worked with me and we developed a plan to remove the remaining teeth and move to a full denture. I did not want to do permanent implants and they allowed me to pick my choice. I just had the last of my upper teeth extracted and went to immediate temporary denture. Flawless, no pain and I look great, better than I have in the last 15 years due to teeth loosening and not fitting around my partial plate. I have found my team and highly recommend if you have advanced dental issues, you can take comfort here. They treat me well and make my smile look like a rock star.

I have known Dr.Lalazerian since the 70's. He has always been on top of his game, using advanced techniques and creating a warm and helpful clinic in a very competitive field. His quick smile and ready humor puts even the most nervous patient at ease. Personally, I can't say enough good things about him. Also a very good friend. Happy New Year Ken!

last 2 years I've been treated Dr . Lazarian restored my whole mouth due to an indrustal assault by a manager 11 implants by Dr.B .I can't be any Happier of my out come..I'm a new person and Voliet and all staff treat me like family..And all the calls and check up By Dr. Lazarian himself..I can't thank them Enough making me smile again ..

Dr Lalezarian is very good at explaining every aspect of your dental care program, things you would never think of, material used, time frames, and temporary management of your program to keep you able to work and be out in the public.. The staff is excellent and friendly, and easy to work with your schedules. I would recommend to anyone,

Dr. Lalezarian is the best in dental care. Every visit is great, and consistent incredible work. The staff at the office are so welcoming and professional, it creates a tranquil less intimidating visit. My oncology team referred me to Dr. Lalezarian for routine check-ups after a Bone Marrow Transplant, because he is that qualified. I highly recommend DENTAL CARE OF Beverly Hills to anyone!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Lalezarian for many years and highly recommend him. I had some challenging issues with my teeth. He put together a team of orthodontist and periodontist, to work with him on my teeth and I owe my healthy teeth to his professional work. If not for all that work, I would be using dentures now. Only one caveat: While you are laying on his chair, your gums are numb and there is all kinds of gadgets in your mouth, he still expects you to laugh when he is telling you a joke!!

Dr. Lalezarian is the best in dental care. Every visit is great, and consistent incredible work. The staff at the office are so welcoming and professional, it creates a tranquil less intimidating visit. My oncology team referred me to Dr. Lalezarian for routine check-ups after a Bone Marrow Transplant, because he is that qualified. I highly recommend DENTAL CARE OF Beverly Hills to anyone!!!
