This place double charges your account. I paid for my services with insurance and cash then they send me a bill three years later and ask for charges again that was paid. Threatened me with collection so I paid for something twice.Beware of your bill and crooked people. Staff is very unprofessional.

This is a friendly and caring dental practice. To them you're a person, not a paycheck!! Very warm and welcoming. The doctor knows what he's doing and has a great sense of humor to boot!

I made an appt as a new patient for what I thought was a cleaning. My insurance changed in 2022 so I couldn't go back to my old dentist. The office failed to tell me they don't have a hygienist on staff. I'm not sure why they scheduled me if they knew they didn't have the staff capable of doing a cleaning. I was told after I checked in, was brought back, and was already getting the X-rays done. I get a lot of places are short staffed right now in general, but just be upfront. I was given the phone number to a different location to try and schedule my cleaning, but why wasn't that offered when I was first scheduling my appt?

They were very nice and took there time with me. The Dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was great and the young lady that took my exray was so nice. The doctor also was thumbs up !!

Dr. Lefkowitz is very caring, gentle, and accommodating towards my dental anxiety. Had no issues with the quality of work. And the office staff were very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

So far, all of my experiences here have been wonderful. The hygienist was incredibly sweet and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The dentist is kind and thorough. I'm very pleased with my choice to try them out!

3 years ago I stopped using them due to my wife having a 2k bridge put in, it coming out the next week and they refused to fix it. On top of that, every time we went there there was always a random balance that we owed even though we made sure to take care of our bills before leaving. I went up in person (3 years ago) and after arguing I made sure all accounts were paid up and closed since I never wanted to deal with this company again. Fast forward to today, 3 years later, I receive a bill from them, first one in 3 years, saying it is past due. No date of service, no service explanations nothing, just a generic bill saying pay it or it would go to collections. Patients beware of this company!

This was my place to go when Dr. Flahaven was there but the minute she left this place has gone downhill. They constantly cancel my appointments at the last minute, two to three times over and over again. I'm getting a new dentist for my family as of January 26, 2021. I thought I would give this place a second chance and made an appointment for May 2022, guess what happened? Yes they canceled my appointment once again and re-scheduled me for June 09, 2022 and yes the called me the day before to canceled once more. No more chances for this horrible place, where you cannot even get a simple cleaning done.

Between Beth And The Doctor I couldn't be more grateful!! This dental office is by far the best dental experience I've ever had!! Not only are they helping me with amazing financial plans to get my smile beautiful again but I also have huge anxiety with needles and the doctor ALWAYS makes me feel so calm and relaxed and ease's me through the process. I've been coming here for a couple of months now and I feel such an amazing connection to everyone. Thank you all for making my experiences the best!!!

Worst dental office I have ever been in please chk ur co pay with ur insurance they are beating patients with co pay and dental work.. the dentist is not a ENDODONTICS they wanted to do my root canals and over charge me.. TAYLOR is the Mgr. Disrespectful rude and feels privileged very argumentive and no customer service skills please don't waste your time patients have rights and deserve to be treated with bedside manners....

I had a very positive, recent experience. The staff and hygienist were pleasant. The doctor was also friendly. I was in and out in minimal time, very little wait time. Yet, I felt I was given sufficient attention and care.
