Dentists are greedy. I have never had a good dentist. Never and this place is no better than any of the rest. If they can't even chat with you and they pretend they are a real person, when you have a question on their chat, and make you feel foolish for talking about your problem, then how can we trust them with our money and teeth.

I agree with these other reviews. I had a horrible experience here. First, I was over treated. They said I needed things done that I didn't. Then I questioned them about it which made them angry I guess becuase they hurt me so badly. I was in so much pain that I felt like saying to them, "Can you image what those people must go through in the torture chambers.?" that is how bad and how much pain I was in.

These dentists are out to get rich rich rich. They tell you that you need work done that you don't really need done. How do I know this. Becuase I was part of a team who tested the theory out. We went around to various dentists, including Dental Care of Baltimore and had our teeth examined with x-rays and all of the tools they use to check out a patients teeth to see what they need done. I was told I needed two root canals, 5 fillings, and I needed deep cleaning. Well we all had a couple of professional honest dentists who were working with us on our experiment, and all of our teeth were taken care of and were in perfect condition for our experiment. We had second opinions from dentists we knew and trusted. It is so easy for a dentists to lie and scam and rip people off. We always suggest a second and even third opinion when it comes to dentists and dental work. They are like car mechanics. They can say your car needs thousands of dollars in work and you would never know they were lying.

I had a wonderful experience from the time I entered the practice until I Left. The dental assistant Tionna was absolutely amazing. Kind gentle not judgmental. Dr Yeaa was amazing. She Explain my options in detail. Lauren further helped me along my journey. I know I chose the correct practice. I wish I could give them 1000 stars!

I made what would have been my first appointment with them about a month in advance. I, of course, had to schedule leave from work to take the appointment. 24 hours before the appointment, they send me a text saying, do to a "scheduling conflict," they have to change my appointment. Now I'm stuck taking leave for an appointment they cancelled. Fine. I ask to reschedule and I'm given three times to choose from. I choose a 2:00 and then I'm told, sorry that time isn't available, choose a different day. Maybe it's just me, but if these people can't keep up with a calendar, why would I trust them with my teeth?

Very quick, easy, friendly, professional service, I especially liked the call to remind me or allow me to cancel the appointment in time to prevent the service charge. With all of the things going on in my life this is very helpful. Cleaning & diagnosis was user friendly. Thank you the dental hygienist even with the mask I could imagine your smile !! 5 stars is for the out of body experience; 4 stars is my top rating.

This dental office is interested in overpricing and pocketing their customers money unnecessarily. I had to reschedule my appointment for the first and only time since being a patient and they charged me an outrageous rescheduling fee of $250 saying that they charge $50 for every half hour of your scheduled appointment time. This was absolutely disappointing and I asked for a waiver due to this being my first and only time requesting a reschedule and was told no. When I found out Sunday that my job would no longer be able to accommodate me leaving work early Monday for my dental appointment, I emailed the office Sunday morning informing them due to staff shortage, I would no longer be able to keep my appointment. I was told that weekends don't count for the appointment rescheduling 48 hour window. I understand that policies are in place but $250 for an appointment rescheduling is absurd. I have decided to leave this dental office all together and seek a black-owned dental office elsewhere.
