Rude online assistant. Kept cutting me off. If she is rude how can I trust the rest of the team? Dentists are notoriously frauds.

I agree with these other reviews. I had a horrible experience here. First, I was over treated. They said I needed things done that I didn't. Then I questioned them about it which made them angry I guess becuase they ended up hurting me so badly. I was in so much pain that I felt like saying to them, "Can you image what those people must go through in the torture chambers.?" that is how bad and how much pain I was in. I was treated here but do you think I would say who I am so they can retaliate in some way. No way.

Professional and pleasant experience , always a warm greeting. I like that your procedure and cost is always explained in detail up front. Work is done in a clean and welcoming place. The dentists and staff try to make your procedure easy and painless as possible.

No exaggeration. This is the BEST and MOST friendly and CLEANEST dental office I've ever been too. I read the reviews before calling and I am glad that the reviews matched the service. You just have to experience this VIP treatment you get from the first call you make to schedule an appointment (as a new patient) to the moment you leave the office. I am literally recommending everyone I know to this dental office. I love it. Oh and did I mention how detailed they are in their examinations, explanation of procedures and willingness to answer all of your questions? Yessss there's no rush to get you out they sit and talk to you make sure get all your questions and concerns addressed. Super happy I found this dental office.

Dr Yemi. Amy, Ron and Darcell were great to work with. They are very professional and excellent at their jobs. The whole Dental Care of Baltimore staff are a wonderful team. I couldn't have made a better choice for my dental needs.

My first two visits. The entire staff, from the front desk to Dr. K, are so welcoming yet still professional. I watched the "team work". I felt calm when normally I would be stressed. More importantly, I didn't feel like a dollar bill. They did treatments no other dentist has done or offered and it didn't cost half as much as I have been paying for years. I'm sold on this practice for sure. Oh! As a new patient with a major concern, they didn't make me wait two months for an appointment. They got me in on the second business day. Who does that???

I have severe dental anxiety and I see the dentist less often than I'd like to admit. At Dental Care of Baltimore I wasn't shamed for the condition of my teeth and I felt very comfortable. All of the staff were super friendly from the staff at the front desk to the dental hygienist. I cannot give I higher recommendation. I've definitely found my dentist.

I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to a dentist office... and apparently this has been my season of back to back dental issues ! However , the team at Dental Care of Baltimore has been patient, kind and caring. The front staff go above and beyond to follow up and work with you. Customer service here is definitely A+ !

I needed a lot of dental work done. Coming here was the best decision. They are very caring and professional. They made ,what was an uncomfortable feeling, very relaxing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Every person here was very welcoming and friendly.

The customer service was excellent . However, I was disappointed with the outcome of my teeth whitening. I expected my teeth t be whiter. I was also disappointed I never spoke to a physician during the entire process .
