I went here for an emergency extraction. I have bad anxiety when it comes to dentists and they were absolutely amazing. From the second I walked in they treated me like I was a friend, so nice and personable. She took time explaining every detail and answered every question. I was not uncomfortable for a moment. Tooth pulled with no pain at all. I am SO happy to have found this place and these wonderful people!

First time at new dentist. Not real good news. All people involved were very nice , made sure I was comfortable. The dentist is very nice and has a soft touch. I will be returning in Dec. for extended work. Very professional. I would recomend.

Since when do dentists not prescribe pain medication for teeth that are decayed almost down to the nerve. I've been in excruciating pain for the last two nights. Haven't been able to sleep or eat. I came in, they took x-rays. Probably charged me a lot of money they gave me a treatment plan. Came out to several thousand dollars with insurance. Close to $1,700 out of pocket for two root canals that needed to be done ASAP. I was prescribed an antibiotic. I asked the doctor if she could give me anything for pain until my appointment in three to four days to have the work done. She said let me check and she walked into another room. Did not see her after that. Her assistant told me that she would not. I guess I will have to suffer for a few days but I'm not going back to this place. Primarily because the level of my pain was not addressed appropriately.... Actually it was not addressed at all after talking about it with the dentist. The dental assistant was great though!. I feel like posting the picture of my teeth on here which I took off for the computer screen while I was waiting for the dentist to come in. If anyone saw these images they would ask why no medication.? I know that doctors have to be careful about prescribing medications these days but considering what I'm going through it should have been an exception with her.

My family and I are new to Anthem and had called 4 dentists to get a same day apt for a dental emergency and crossroads was the only one to agree to see my 6 year old son, after arriving we had the best experience with everyone in the office, the staff was so great with children and the office was so beautiful and clean, I was originally going to take my kids to a pediatric dentist but after them not having availability and no sense of urgency when we needed it we will all be staying with this dentist. Customer service and work ethic are usually my deciding factors and crossroads was on top of it all and exceeded my expectations.

The appointment I had was the first time seeing a dentist in a while, so I was a little nervous about how everything was going to turn out. This office is FANTASTIC. Everyone is super nice, they kept me super comfortable and every detail was explained to me. I would highly recommend.

Pretty pushy on the sales front, upsell you without any knowledge of what it will really cost and then expect you to pay before they let you out of the office.

Everyone- from the front office, X-Ray technician, hygienist to the doctor was friendly, courteous and helpful! Going to the dentist causes me anxiety. The staff eased that each step of the way with explanations and conversation. I feel lucky to have found a great dental office.

Worst dental experience of my life. For the first time in my life, I left feeling depressed and discouraged about my mouth and teeth. They said I needed a lot of work done and after getting a second opinion, turns out I don't need any of it. They made me come back for a cleaning after I spent an hour there for a routine exam. And then they charged me $200 for what I thought was a free cleaning. I will not go back.

I dont normally give low stars I like the place and the people and the equipment but when I went for a cleaning and they felt I needed a deep cleaning and I only wanted a regular cleaning and they denied to do the basic cleaning I feel they put me at Risk by having no cleaning since I wasn't ready for the 1450 dollar deep cleaning they should at least help me with a basic cleaning . First place to deny me the service I'm asking for especially when it's a basic service . Any cleaning is better then no cleaning so paid 40 for a check up I didn't want

Love this place need to get seen same day they were great very friendly and DR was awesome assistant very nice great place to get dental done can't thank them enough everything was awesome until ate something tooth just broke be back tomorrow

The Staff were very nice, willing to answer any questions. The expense for treatment was way over my head. I'll need to look elsewhere
