Dr. Yasser Refai was born and raised in Middletown, NJ. He then attended Rutgers University and continued on to earn his degree in Dental Medicine from the University of Medicine of Dentistry of NJ. He then completed a General Practice Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Dr. Refai has been practicing for over 20 years and has been a prestigious member of the following dental organizations: Academy of General Dentistry, NJ Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists, American College of Physician Executives, and Academy of Oseointegration. Dr. Refai currently resides in Marlboro, NJ with his wife and his 2 children who are following in his footsteps by attending Rutgers; his son for dentistry and daughter for engineering. When he isnt practicing, he enjoys playing soccer, tennis and traveling with his family.
Dr. Refai is extremely passionate about helping patients maintain and restore their teeth and improving the esthetics of their smiles. His favorite part of dentistry is the interaction and the relationships he and the team develop with their patients. He enjoys attending continuing dental education to enhance his skills and keeping up to date with the newest technology to provide the highest quality of dentistry to his patients. He also loves sharing his experiences and mentoring younger dentists.
Dr. Gunjun Parmar completed he dental training at the State University of New York in Buffalo. Dr. Parmar currently resides in Morganville, NJ and is happily married with a 3 year old that keeps her busy! When she is not chasing the little one around and caring for her patients she cooking and traveling. What she loves most about dentistry is transforming peoples smiles from something they avoid to something they are proud of! She also loves helping patients who have previously had dental fears or pain over come their fears and relieve their discomfort by being a patient and skillful practitioner.
Dr. Amanda Hochstein earned her D.D.S. degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She completed her specialty training in Periodontics at New York University College of Dentistry, where she was able to train under some of the most prestigious members of her field. She earned her board certification in Periodontics, and has lectured at local and national dental conferences on a wide variety of periodontal topics. She has extensive experience in all aspects of periodontal treatment, from implants to bone regeneration, to gum grafting and laser therapy. She is also a member of the board of the Northeastern Society of Periodontists. Dr. Hochstein brings to our practice the latest and most effective periodontal and implant treatments available, and strives to provide treatment that is comfortable and predictable. She is a very caring and compassionate practitioner, who prides herself on the relationships she builds with her patients.
Dr. Hochstein resides in New Jersey with her husband Greg. When she is not taking care of patients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and traveling. What she loves most about working at Dental Care Bridgewater is the opportunity to work alongside her father and continuing in the family tradition of exceptional patient care. Additionally, the office provides a warm and caring environment in which she can provide outstanding care for each patient she treats.

I'm very pleased with this dentist. They really seem to keep the place very clean and they sanitize everything. I never went to a dentist before that did things as sanitary as Dental Care Marlboro. They explain what they're doing. When they clean your teeth they are clean and take their time to do it properly.

This dental office was good at first, but once I got my cleaning done through a groupon they made me feel uncomfortable about the payment once they realized I didn't have insurance. I went to a different location at Hanover and the customer service was out of this world. I even left with two toothpaste's, toothbrush. This location customer service isn't great.

Friendly staff as soon as you step through the door! Receptionist Emily is so welcoming and has a positive attitude. My most recent teeth cleaning was with Heather, who did a thorough assessment of my teeth and gums. I'm so grateful that she did bc Heather was able to catch that my back molars were beginning to recede and provided me with helpful advice on how to modify my brushing to prevent further damage. She also took thorough pictures of my wisdom teeth and communicated her concerns to Dr. Parmar, who then recommended me to have them removed, when previous dentists had told me that "they probably will not give me any problems." Super grateful for this wonderful team!

The atmosphere of this office and the people who work there, always make your visit so comfortable and easy. My last visit with Heather, was so pleasant. She talked me through everything she was doing and commend me on the effort I have been putting into taking care of my teeth. I felt so proud that my efforts were recognizable. As someone who does not have dental insurance, out of many many many offices I have researched, their in-house insurance plan is the best one! I always look forward to my visits.

The service is good, the staff are very friendly. Julie who did the deep gum cleaning was amazing. However, as their new patient I would get a free teeth whitening kit. And for that I went to get my impression done. When I went to pick them up the fitting was off they asked me to do the impression again. The lady who took my impression press the tray so hard (because it wasn't sitting properly and I could tell she was being annoyed by it ) she pressed the tray too hard that my gum was bruised and it started to bleed. I didn't complain because I was embarrassed that I would argue for a free thing. I left the office it's been more than a month I didn't hear back from them I called them and now I have been told that I have to do the impression again. So that means the lady who did my impression maybe lost it as soon as I left the office. I don't want to go back and forth for this free stuff at least have the morality to serve people as you promise. I referred my husband, and his parents this facility and I was treated like that. After a few years of bad experiences with bad dentist I am extremely happy that my friend told me to try coming here. These guys are great. A special shout-out to Kasarah, Rey and Dr. Refei. They were great, friendly, and a humorous bunch. Masters of their craft who got the job in an effectively, skillfully, and in a timely manner. The facility is clean, and appointments are kept for the time you made it. I spent no more than a minute or two in the waiting area every time I had gone there. Look no further.

Great office! Everyone always has a smile on their face whenever I come for my appointment. Dr. Parmar was very sincere and honest. This office is not out to get your money like other offices that I have gone to in the past. I'm glad I found them. Heather was very informative and thorough while doing my cleaning. Kathy the office manager is also so very sweet! I recommend this office to anyone that wants excellent service!!

I used their service for deep dental cleaning of my yearly teeth cleaning. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who want to have any dental treatments. Also be aware that they are giving 50$ credit for writing a review about their services. My treatment was done by Julie hygienist. I appreciate her service. Also, its better if you can talk to office and your insurance company before going for service then you can plan your budget properly. Sometime you need extra treatment that needs to be approved by insurance. Thanks.

It was my first time in Dental Care Marlboro, I usually feel very uncomfortable going to the dentist, but as soon I saw the staff greeting me, I felt like my soul came back to my body. The staff in general were really friendly and helpful and the dentist was honest and transparent. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity!! I highly recommend. UPDATE: 07/08/2022 It is my third time going to my cleaning, and as always, the staff is very welcoming, nice, professional, have good bedside manners, overall excellent service.
