I have Delta Dental insurance. They assigned me to this dentist. I made a appointment in Dec. 2021 for March 2022. They cancelled the first one do to illness. Then cancelled the next one do to "being to busy" to take care of new patients. Then today cancelled my 1st appointment for next week. As "life is too short" and they will no longer be taking care of Delta Dental patients anymore. How inconsiderate. I contacted Delta Dental. They confirmed no longer a plan dentist. That their poor service was not up to their standards. I also wrote to BBB, The City of Fremont Chamber of Commerce, All the local dental associations in the Fremont, Ca. Area. Shame on them. No way to treat someone.

Very friendly and enviting. My wife and I were out of town hundreds miles from home and her front crown came off. Tried calling around to have it recemented. Dental care center was able to see us with in the next hour and a half while everyone else either didn't answer the phone or had to schedule us 2 weeks out. We went to dental care center to see our options. Apparently my wife's crown never had a post and we were told recementing the crown wouldn't really work well as the tooth that it the crown was attached to broke. We had them just receement the crown as we weren't prepared to pay 1000 plus for a crown. As we're expected and informed by the dentist the cemented crown came off again about three days later. Desperate to find a dentist that could do the new crown fairly quick I checked everywhere. I found a place that could do the job BUT because of the honesty and kindness of Dental Care Center, I was driven back to them. I'm glad we did. Dr Mohammed Keshmiri did an excellent job. My wife is very happy with the crown and says he did an excellent job. Thank you for providing exceptional customer service, excellent prices and quality of work exceeding expectations.

I've had many dentist throughout my years and with the way most dental office operate today, it is very rare to find a dental office that isn't just looking at your insurance to see how much they can take out of your pocket or what treatments you haven't used so they can charade you with how beneficial it will be for you regardless if you need it or not. Dr. Keshmiri does not do this, good old classic method..dentist will check your teeth and give you a breakdown on findings then provide individualized care based your oral health priority. He will speak with you personally about all your concerns and takes the time to answer all questions. He will advise on what's best for your teeth not for his pocket. If financial hardship is an issue he lets you know what should be taken care of first to save your teeth and will provide alternative options (if any) after explaining to you the pros and cons, or the very least will provide helpful advice on taking care of your oral issues at home.

Dr. K has been my dentist for over 20 years. Every time I have a dental issue, he gives me a candid assessment and options. He's truly a great dentist and always available for any emergencies. Dr. K's staff is awesome and I always feel welcomed and respected.
