She graduated Sigma Phi Alpha and worked one year in private practice in New York City. Sarah has been a hygienist for 12 years and has worked for Dr. Green since 2008. She received her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University and has been licensed for over 35 years. Karen has been working with Dr. Green since 2000. She and her husband have three children and one grandchild.
