Meet, Dr. Dominick Ambroise Dental Care Bridgewaters Lead Dentist. A born New Yorker, Dr. Ambroise started his relationship with New Jersey just a few miles from Bridgewater, at the New Brunswick campus of Rutgers University. There, he graduated with honors and received a scholarship to attend dental school at Columbia University, where he was a distinguished scholar. There, he achieved a dual degree with a masters in education at the same time as he achieved his Doctorate in Dental surgery. He uses his mastery in education to teach his patients about the procedures he does in a calm and confident way. Hes been with us at Dental Care since finishing his education through his residency at Hackensack UMC a top residency in New Jersey.
A family man, Dr. Ambroise and his wife Alescandra are raising their three kids in Toms River. In his off time he loves sports, comics, gaming, podcasts, and travel. A trailblazer by nature Dr. Ambroise loves breaking barriers and showing his patients that dentistry doesnt have to be a scary process, and that it can even be fun when you have right team taking care of you.
Dr. Amanda Hochstein earned her D.D.S. degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She completed her specialty training in Periodontics at New York University College of Dentistry, where she was able to train under some of the most prestigious members of her field. She earned her board certification in Periodontics, and has lectured at local and national dental conferences on a wide variety of periodontal topics. She has extensive experience in all aspects of periodontal treatment, from implants to bone regeneration, to gum grafting and laser therapy. She is also a member of the board of the Northeastern Society of Periodontists. Dr. Hochstein brings to our practice the latest and most effective periodontal and implant treatments available, and strives to provide treatment that is comfortable and predictable. She is a very caring and compassionate practitioner, who prides herself on the relationships she builds with her patients.
Dr. Hochstein resides in New Jersey with her husband Greg. When she is not taking care of patients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and traveling. What she loves most about working at Dental Care Bridgewater is the opportunity to work alongside her father and continuing in the family tradition of exceptional patient care. Additionally, the office provides a warm and caring environment in which she can provide outstanding care for each patient she treats.
Dr. Rajput currently lives in NJ with her husband and likes to spend her free time traveling and visiting her family. She is very friendly, caring and dedicated to listening to the needs of her patients. Her main goal is to help achieve the healthy beautiful smile her patients desire.
Dr. Stephanie Weintraub was born and raised in East Brunswick, NJ. She attended Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania and received her undergraduate degree in chemistry. She then continued on to NYU to complete her dental degree and completed her residency program at Newark Beth Israel Hospital, where she was named the Resident of the Year! When I am not taking care of patients in the office I love to spend time with my family, hiking and baking (to feed my sweet tooth)! I enjoy providing charity dentistry in places as far away as Guatemala and as close to home as the Bronx and in public schools through the Give Kids A Smile Program.
Dr. Khaled Hussein grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He attended NYU, College of Dentistry, and completed the program with his residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital. He has completed the Oral Health Leadership Program and is currently working on achieving a degree in implant dentistry. Dr. Hussein currently resides in North New Jersey with his wife and new born son and when he isnt practicing he likes to cook, travel and play competitive sports. Dr. Hussein loves that dentistry is always on the cutting edge of technology, art and engineering. He feels caring for his patients as they were his own family allows him to offer the best treatment possible with a gentle touch.
Dr. Kevin Johnson has been a Board Certified Endodontic Specialist for more than 30 years. He attended Howard University in Washington DC to receive his General Dentistry degree and continued his training with a specialization in Endodontics at Columbia University. He also completed at Fellowship in Oral Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centers.
Dr. Johnson has a deep commitment to giving back to the community. In addition to providing patient care at Dental Care Somerset, Dr. Johnson has been on the facility at Columbia University as well as serving his country in U.S. Army Reserves providing endodontic treatment to our service men and women.
Dr. Johnson resides in Bergen County New Jersey with his wife and has been married for 37 years. He is both a father and grandfather and enjoys spending time with them, cooking and playing golf. He is most proud of using his endodontic skills to help people get relief from toothaches and preserve their natural smile.

I had a really hard time visiting the dentist after a bad experience getting my wisdom teeth out, but taking care of my smile is important to me. Sabrina and the whole staff at Dental Care Bridgewater understood how I felt and helped me feel so relaxed and taken care of. I've recommended the practice to several family members and colleagues since and would do so again!

Be very careful in this place, they are really overpriced, they never call your insurance And they charge everything cash as soon as you finished doing your fillings or other things you need to do. The billing people doesn't contact your insurance at all. They want our money. After charging me 550 for 2 filling which cost 792, (They said the insurance just cover 242) I had to call my insurance and ask about it. They said they were not supposed to charge me anything, and I went back there after they ruined my day, after some calls to the insurance they finally gave me my money back. Be aware ! I will never go back there again.

Specifically pertaining to my office visit on Saturday, 8/13/22, Ms Ashley merits special praise. There was a power connection issue such that she was not able to use the equipment in the automatic mode for my crown replacement prep. She did a complete 180 and went to the manual technique showing calmness and poise while working under a more adverse working condition. Very impressive.

I can honestly say that I have found a great dental team. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful, Dr Ambroise and the dental staff listened to my fears, put me at ease and carried out all treatment in a friendly professional manner. I always feel like I am in good hands. I came up against an insurance problem, Dr Ambroise took care of this for me which resulted in a favorable outcome for myself. I would recommend Dental Care Bridgewater.

Highly recommend Dental Care Bridgewater! From the second I walked in the door the front desk staff were super friendly and quick at getting me checked in! Kim then came over to go over some questions and explained she'd be my patient advocate and she was as sweet as could be! Treated me more like a friend instead of patient. My hygienist, Jessica, was super attentive and explained everything from X-rays, to cleaning and making a follow up plan! She was amazing. The dentist himself was thorough and very informative. Definitely made me feel at ease! Checking out was a smooth process, payment, plan and appointment making was quick. They have great hours and were able to already book for my procedure in just a few days! SO happy I found this dentist office!!

Dr. Weintraub was very very helpful explaining why the night guard was necessary and adjusted it, so it was a comfortable fit. Lolita was the technician who showed me how to take care of my night guard. Bre runs the front desk and she helped me with the financial aspects of the visit. Everything ran so smoothly.

Dental Care Bridgewater is a GREAT place. The Staff are really friendly and welcoming. My Hygienist Numme was really Gentle and Very Friendly. I have been going here for 2 years. Jennifer was my hygienist last weekend and she was the best so far! Very thorough, focussed and pleasent. She was not rushing through the procedure ( inspite of me being her last patient on a Saturday) She took the time to explain things and gave time to think about out of pocket expenses for oral cancer screening/ fluoride treatment. The doctor who came in was patient, checked everything and recommended the procedures nicely with explanations. I have had other hygienists in the past too and they good too. I have felt rushed when I did filing with Dr.Ambrose in the past so watch out! He doesn't take my insurance anymore so I don't have to see him again. Dr Hussain, Dr.Rajput have helped my family including my 6 year old in the past. They have always given time and have been patient with all of us.Never felt rushed. Would definitely recommend.
